Hello Ritu, We understand that it must be challenging for you to deal with, Ear nose and mouth connection begins with the nose and throat. The nasal passage does connect to our ears. The ears, at roughly the same level on our heads as the nose, are also connected by the Eustachian tube. Bacterial infection can spread from nose to ear or vice versa. Therefore, you must have an infection that is spreading via the nose. You can follow these tips to relieve pain. 1. Take 2-3 cloves and put them in mustard oil and heat it. Then separate the cloves from the oil. Put 1-2 drops of oil in the ear. 2. Use a hot pack to get some relief from pain and inflammation. 3. Please eat light foods during pain like vegetable juices, fruits, dal, vegetable soups and dal soup. Avoid heavy grains, pulses and dairy products. What is the diet chart and exercise routine for hypothyroid and pcod?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
12:58 PM | 09-08-2021
Hello User, Hypothyroid and PCOD both come from the same source of imbalance in our hormonal activity. In both conditions are hormones are not working actively in a way that they can help our body achieve the state of homeostasis. Hypothyroid happens due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic). In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish, "hypo" thyroid happens. Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning. Now as our boy already in a sluggish state, the immunity is weakened. Our metabolism is surely going to become slow leading to low metabolism and difficulty in losing weight. as well as PCOD comes in the picture. The main thing to treat this multidimensional illness should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture during evening time to accelerate metabolism. Consume methi seeds one tablespoon with a glass of warm water in order to increase inulin sensitivity and the menstrual cycle will become regular. High selenium diet which is peanuts, almonds, mushroom, etc helps to increase the function of the thyroid. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Cat and Cow pose helps in increasing the function of the thyroid gland. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our bodies. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you

Start with Vitamin C rich diet like sprouts, sweet potatoes, green pepper, oranges, lemons, etc for increasing your immunity. Take one teaspoon of mulethi with half teaspoon honey, take three times a day half an hour after meals for immunity. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. Hello Rashi, The best advice for suffering from anxiety is to take a natural way to treat it. Going the natural way will only help in treating the episode but will also help in preventing it. As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a student, a person working at home, or a corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation is what is needed. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improving the state of metabolism by increasing it. The inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. The next thing is going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of anxiety. Increasing Vitamin B12 and minerals in the diet will help in treating mood disorders. Chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds are a good source of vitamin B 12. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day. Early morning walk is recommendable. Even Suryanamaskar will help in treating the mental issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Meditation: Stop using the gadget an hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself, you will start feeling calm. The next thing is to take 10 long deep breaths, and allowing your body to relax, any thought which comes let it go do not resist. Saying the affirmation, I am healthy and happy" release each breath. This will help a lot in calming you. Sleep: Sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.

Hello Shaila, Frozen shoulder is the common name for the adhesive capsulitis, which is a shoulder condition that limits your range of motion. When the tissues in your shoulder joint become thicker and tighter, scar tissue develops overtime. As a result, your shoulder joint doesn't have enough space to.rotate properly. Common symptoms include pain, swelling and stiffness. It is more common between the age of 40 to 60 years. Here are some home remedies that will help you to manage frozen shoulder. Pendulum stretch Stand up and relax your shoulders and let the affected arm hang down. Swing in the arm gently in circular motions for about 10 times in each direction. Slowly increase your speed everyday and add more repetitions of the exercise. You can also add a little weight on the hand to promote healing. Armpit stretch Place your affected arm on a shelf of the height till your chest region. Slightly bend and strengthen your knees to stretch the armpit. Try bending your knees deeper as your shoulder heels. Towel stretch Take a small towel and hold one side of it. Bring the towel towards your back and grab the opposite end with your other hand. Pull one arm upward and the other downwards. Do this exercise everyday for 10 - 20 minutes. Finger walk Stand in front of a wall with your fingertips placed on the wall at your waist level. Keep your arm slightly bent. Slowly and steadily place your fingers upwards on the wall as much as you can by not providing too much strain on your shoulder. Perform this exercise 10 - 20 times a day. Cross body reach Use your unaffected arm and with it lift your affected arm from the elbow. Bring the affected arm to cross your body and stretch the arm comfortably 15 - 20 seconds. Do this exercise for 10 - 20 minutes every day. Stretch the arm more and more daily. Diet A correct diet is also important to prevent the accumulation of toxins in the body. So, have only plant-based natural foods in your diet and include fresh, seasonal and locally available fruits and vegetables. Thank you
