Why gut health and the right foods are important for immunity?
Food is a major catalyst for boosting our immune system. It is scientifically proven that our nutrition and lifestyle influence the immune system. There are certain nutrients in some foods, which if eaten in the right manner trigger a boost in immunity. The key is to know what to eat, when to eat, how to eat and how to cook. Cooking techniques make or mar the nutrients in food. All this enables a healthy gut, which in turn fortifies our body’s defense system.

The recording of sessions will be available to you if you miss the live session.

She is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist from American Fitness Professionals and Associates, US., and has completed Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from eCornell and T.Collin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, New York, US., as well as other courses Wellness Culinary, Nature Cure and Ayurveda Diet.
