Know Your Program Coach
Padmini Menon is an expert in the Alexander Technique. She has been teaching this technique in India for the past 10 years and has trained at the Brighton Alexander Technique College in the UK. She has been working with people of all ages & professions including dancers, actors, sportspersons, and the elderly. She has cured them of issues ranging from RSI to chronic back, neck, or shoulder pain. She has taught the technique to students at the National School of Drama, Delhi, Whistling Woods Film School, Mumbai, and Dance Studies at Ambedkar University. She also conducts classes & workshops in Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad.
