There is a direct relationship between consciousness and health. The larger the consciousness, the better is health. Our sickness makes consciousness shrink and if consciousness is shrinking, one is likely to attract sickness soon. Alliteration is a literary device where words are used in quick succession and begin the letters belonging to the same sound-group. Whether it is the consonant sound or a specific vowel group, the alliteration involves creating a repetition of similar sounds in the sentence. I have an inclination towards alliteration, maybe an influence of my favourite, the Satyajit Ray! In practice, I find reaching to the mind of people effectively, alliteration can act as mnemonics if it is used meaningfully. I am often asked against my claim that ‘your body is your best friend', then why the body generates PAIN? I choose to counter ask, ‘the definition of FRIEND!' Is she a FRIEND, who only brings PLEASURES to you, or is she, the one who acts intelligently and strives to make you understand the real meaning of PLEASURES Vs PAINS in correlation with the PURPOSE? It is obvious, the intelligent action of the individual makes her more meaningful to be a FRIEND.

The necessity for wearing sunglasses to protect eyes from light and sunshine has been well established by ''the sunglass manufacturers'' which is quite ill-founded and not true.
