massage your scalp with blend of aroma n oilve oil. take acupressure therapy. give steam to your head with wet towel. avoid ice n chloride based products. Take reiki therapy also

Hello :)

The best remedy for migraine is actually your diet. Your digestive system is directly linked with your brain, therefore whatever you eat affects the entire neurological and psychological process. Drinking coconut water helps with migraine as it has has medicinal properties to fight migraine. At the same time, I would highly recommend that you go on a plant based diet for few days, and avoid anything that is too oily. Preferrably use of coconut oil in food also helps in overall or holistic health. 

Secondly, make sure you are drinking enough water, the recommended water intake should be 2-3 litres of water in a day. 

Don't be over using electronic gadgets especially your cell-phone

Also have adequate sleep of 7 to 8 hours to keep away from migraine.

नमस्ते

 

इस बीमारी का मुल कारण पित्त में असमानता पैदा होना यानी अम्ल का दौड़ा पड़ना (acid attack) होना है। ऐसा अहार लें जो की क्षार (alkaline) है।

प्राकृतिक जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है। पाँच तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है और उसी पाँच तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें।

3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (spine) का नारियल में कपूर मिला कर नीचे से (tale bone) से ऊपर (throat) चक्र घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में

और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ।

 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है स्वतः मल त्याग करने के बाद। अगले 15 दिनों के लिए ये करना है।ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।

Naturally, diet plays a very important role in migraine. Many food items and beverages act as a migraine stimulator, so firstly avoid items like

  1. Avoid foods containing nitrate                 
  2.  Avoid alcohol 
  3. Chocolates are also not good in migraine 

Ginger and lavender has good results in migraine problem 

Research shows that some yoga postures like bhramri and anulom vilom has a tremendous effect in migraine 

Magnesium rich diet helps to treat migraine, eat bananas.

Namaste,

Excessive noise, light, stress and tension all contribute to increasing migraine pains. Weak digestion is also a contributing factor which increases ama in the body and prevents proper circulation of blood in the body and brain. 

Avoid hot, spicy foods, fermented foods, white sugar, white flour products, and sour or citrus fruits, because they aggravate the toxin in your body.

Eat more fiber, fruits and vegetables, and whole grains.

Avoid excessive sugar or salt, refined foods, animal products (meats and dairy), caffeine, and tea, as these items will further lead to aggravation of toxin in the body.

Avoid direct exposure to the sun, as migraine headaches are predominantly a Pitta disorder and can be triggered by the hot sun.

Try to stay calm and sleep in dark room and rest for a while.

Suppressing migraine with medication is always a temporary solution. Instead when migraine hits, just switch to plain vegetable and fruit juices for the entire day and sleep in a dark room. The underlying causes for migraine is organs not doing its job. Reason for that is accumulation of toxins in the body due to an inefficient and unhealthy lifestyle.

All these seem to be harmless while we continue to consume them , but what goes in has to come out. If it has to come out then, the work has to be done right from your gut. But when they are not able to recognize the food we put into the body because it’s unnatural, the digestion is usually inefficient and blood continues to carry toxins and deposits it in multiple places as it circulates. Since we are consistently not allowing anything to come out of the body and suppressing it with meds, it stays inside like a volcano. Sometimes little triggers like lack of sleep, lack of eating when stomach is hungry or empty can cause migraines but that’s not the root cause. Toxaemia or toxicity in the body is the cause and lifestyle changes have to be done to include more fruits and veggies and only 30% of dinner to include grains and 70% vegetables. Rest of the day start with plain vegetable juice / cucumber juice ashgourd juice etc and include fruits and vegetables to answer your hunger and your migraine will be history.
