हमारे पाचन तंत्र को दूध और दूध बनी हुई चीज़ों को पचाने में अधिक समय और शक्ति लगाना पड़ता है। जैसे अधिक समय तक कोई भी गाड़ी चले तो गर्म हो जाता है। ठीक ऐसे ही शरीर के मिनरल को पाचन क्रिया अवशोषित करता है। शरीर में अम्ल की मात्रा बढ़ जाती है जिस वजह से प्रदाह (inflammation) होती है और शरीर में विषाणुओं का आक्रमण होता (infection)। ये अधिकतर हमारे श्वशन क्रिया और फेफड़ों में दोष पैदा करते हैं। हाज़मा सम्बंधी दोष पैदा करती है और निष्कासन में अवरोध पैदा करती है। जो की सभी बीमारियों का मूल कारण होती है।
भोजन हमेशा देश काल और आयु के हिसाब से लेना चाहिए। माँ के दूध के अलावा किसी दूध में पोषक तत्व मानव शरीर के योग्य नहीं है। बच्चे के दाँत आते ही प्रकृति का इशारा होता है की दूध बंद करके फल सब्ज़ी सलाद को मुख्य पोषक तत्व के रूप में दिया जाए। बच्चे के 9 साल की उम्र के बाद दूध को विल्कुल नहीं लेना चाहिए। दूध, घी, तेल की जगह पर बीजों (seeds) मेवे (nuts) को अपने सलाद और सब्ज़ी में लें। दूध रहित मिठाइयों में लाजवाब स्वाद के लिए प्रयोग करें।

Hello,
As a human being we are not supposed to drink milk, no other mammals are drinking other mammals milk ,except human.actually life span of cow is lesser than humans .we are consuming cow's milk this is also one of the reason behind life expectancy reduction in humans

To address your question, please note that Dairy is known to be a major culprit of many digestive issues, like leaky gut syndrome, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and IBS. Many people who have disorders like ulcerative colitis and Cronich disease find that dairy aggravates their symptoms and the their health.
People who are lactose intolerant can’t process lactose, and can’t actually digest milk properly.
Also it leads to Increased risk of cardiovascular disease, and cancer risk.
Hence it is adviced to avoid all animal product mostly to takecare of your health from right time.
