There are too many mosquito in my house by the night, we don't use any mosquito repellent as they are chemicals, any suggestions which can get rid of mosquitos and also doesn't cause any harm to my family health. Thank you

Do fog with cow dung cake, herbs , mustard oil, neem, long n Kapoor.
another remedy is to make a neem water n spray it in your house.

नमस्ते,

 *मच्छरों से बचाव हेतु आप अजवायन पीसकर सरसों के तेल में मिलाकर पोटली बना लें वह घर के चारों कोनों पर लटका दें,

 

*तुलसी के पत्तों का रस शरीर पर लगाने से मच्छर नहीं काटते,

 

*नीम की पत्तियां को जलाकर धुआं करें,

 

 *इकट्ठे हुए पानी में मिट्टी का तेल डालें,

 

*चना ,मूंग अंकुरित करके खाएं ,मच्छर नहीं काटेंगे,

 

नोट - गंदा या साफ पानी घर के चारों तरफ कहीं इकट्ठा ना होने दें, साफ सफाई पर विशेष ध्यान दें,

 

* मच्छरदानी का प्रयोग करें

Panch Tulsi Oil is the best remedy to avoid all types of bacteria and mosquitoes.

You can use it by filling the empty bottles of all out.

Just one drop is enough in your water source.

One drop in the bucket for cleaning the floor.

One drop in your water cooler tank or even your water tank,

You can also put single drop on the air blades of your shilling fan so that air is also purified.

You will see wonderful results all around you.

You can use mosquito nets
Apply coconut oil over your body
Take a bowl of water add camphor and keep this in a corner
Clean all stagnant water nearer to your house
Use mosquito nets in windows and doors
Tea tree oil vapourisers can be used

नमस्ते

 

अम्लीय शरीर के खुन मच्छर को आकर्षित करते हैं। क्षार युक्त (alkaline) आहार लें। 

नीम के सूखे पत्ते और कपुर का धुआँ करें। 50g कपुर + 50ml नारियल तेल में मिला कर,  मच्छर मारने वाले मशीन के रिफ़िल का रासायनिक तेल को फेंक कर उसमें डालें। इसे प्रयोग करें। 50g कपुर + 50ml नारियल तेल + 50ml नीम का रस मिश्रित। तेल शरीर में लगा कर सोएँ।

खुराक में सुधार करें।

सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।

नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। 

सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

 

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

  • If the body is clean, mosquitoes don’t bite and even if they do, you won’t be affected by the germs. Lead a whole food plant-based lifestyle with high raw on fruits vegetables and leafy greens till dinner.
  • Avoid having junk food, sugar, processed foods, fried foods, refined flowers et cetera.
  • Avoid dairy meat eggs fish which will make your body even more contaminated
  • Avoid medication of all forms and learn to heal naturally.
  • Exposure to natural elements like sun for few mins 
  • Practice yoga and pranayama to help eliminate toxins
