Eating alot of fruits and vegetables in diet is good but you should make sure those fruits and vegetables should be rich in high fibre content with sufficient vitamin and minerals. I highly suggest you to follow diet rich with high fibre fruits and vegetables and also include some of the herbs which will help you combat this problem. Usually fruits and vegetables which you consume is digested and metabolised easily either it will be utilised in the energy expenditure or it will be stored if you're intake is not sufficient.
- Firstly when you consume fruits and vegetables make sure you increase your water intake with it as well. It will help in flushing off the toxins and helps your organs to throw waste metabolised products faster without making them stagnant in the body.
- Include vitamin C, D rich food in your diet like- orange, pineapple, kiwifruit, amla, papaya, lemon juice these food help in boosting the metabolic system.
- Add high fibre food in your diet like green leafy vegetables such as spinach, beans, cabbage and add beetroot in your diet as well it a good source of all the vitamins and minerals.
- In grains you can use oats, ragi, bajara, jawar to make roties out of it and can eat with steamed vegetables sabji.
- Add socked 3-4 dates in your diet on daily basis. Dates are good source of minerals and helps in constipation.
- Drink atleast 2-3 glasses of water early morning as soon as you get up before going to washroom it will activate your organs and helps in elimination process too.

Hi, am happy that you are having more fruits and vegetables and raw diet.
- You are having compliant of hard stools.
- May be it's due the fibre which is present in your raw diet may be not the fibre which necessary for bowel movements.
- Fibre are two types soluable and insoluable. Insoluable fibre is good for bowel movements, it retains the water and helps to soften the stools and gives bulk.
- Avoid soluable fibre rich foods. Ex. Rice or wheat bran. Some kind of beans cruciferous vegetables are source of soluable fibre. Taking soluable fibre gives a bloating feel in the stomach.
- And drink more water which helps to stimulate the regular bowel Movements and toxin elimination.
- Avoid dairy products.
- Avoid white sugar, white flour and polished rice, fatty producs , spicy food. Items and oily products.

The main cause of hard and dry stools are due to constipation which occurs mostly due to lack of dietary insoluble fibres and less fluid intake.Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables doesn't mean that you're getting sufficient fibres.
When food moves through the colon most of the waters are absorbed through it. If the food movement is too slow, more waters are absorbed repeatedly, leaving the remaining particles dry and hard making it difficult to pass through.
•Fibres in fruits and vegetables are of two types i.e, soluble fibres and insoluble fibres. Most of the fruits and vegetables contain both fibres but some are rich in soluble fibres while some are rich with insoluble fibres.
•Insoluble fibres are those fibres that will help prevent constipation which includes wheat brans, whole grains, whole bread, certain fruits and vegetables, seeds and nuts. These fibres help retain water, which helps to form larger, heavier and softer stools that easily passes out through the rectum.
• Soluble fibres are less effective against constipation although both are very important for the proper gut functions.
• Fibres works best in combination with ample of water. Increase the amount of fluid intake daily. This will help ease with hard stools.
• Follow a regular eating time, this will help improve the bowel movements.
• Go for daily physical activity or exercises, it will help improve your metabolism and speed up digestion, absorption and excretion

कभी-कभी पर्याप्त मात्रा में कच्ची हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों के सेवन के बावजूद मल कठोर हो जाता है इसका कारण पर्याप्त मात्रा में जल ग्रहण न करने, भोजन को खूब चबाकर ना करने ,क्रोध, ईर्ष्या ,चिंता ,तनाव ,रोते हुए भोजन करने ,पर्याप्त मात्रा में नींद न लेने की अवस्थाओं में ऐसा होता है ।
- रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे की नींद अवश्य लें, शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं, कोशिकाओं का निर्माण होता है।
- प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी में नींबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें इससे आंतों की दीवारें फैलती है , दूषित पदार्थ शरीर से बाहर निकल जाते हैं।
- प्रतिदिन प्रातः लौकी या खीरा के जूस का सेवन करें।
- सलाद -मूली, टमाटर, प्याज (400 ग्राम सुबह एवं सायं)

Dehydrated stools can be caused for various reasons and also the way you eat raw and it’s time period too
When the colon is lined with rotting waste, unwanted bacteria and foods that was not digested properly in the stomach and before coming into the colon. The causes still remains the same - foods such as dairy eggs, gluten, meat, seafood consumed over a long period of time with heavy fats and proteins that weakens the bile and the hydro chloric acid in the gut. With weaker stomach acids and and ineffective weak bile, the food does not to get digested properly and leaks into the intestine while the pathogens feed on them . Overtime it reaches the colon which is the final dumping ground. This causes inflammation, pains constipation, diarrhoea and can also result in piles, fissures and yeast infections on the excretory organs.
To heal this condition., It is best that you start cleaning the GUT, which in turn will clean the liver, which in turn will be ready to absorb and deliver nutrients throughout the body and eventually cleaning the intestine as well. If the previous organs in the process have done their job, the colon will not have to take a hit. it’s very important that the liver starts doing its job to heal any kind of intestinal issues/organs of excretion so that the unwanted food , pathogens and heavy metals doesn’t end up in the intestines and colon. Ideally these are supposed to thrown out naturally after altering its state, but when they end up as-is, they attract more issues in the colon which the colon might not be geared up to do
When body organs are clean, they do their job perfectly well. With a right lifestyle this can be achieved . You must switch to a low fat plant based lifestyle. Low fat here because fats also come in low % from raw foods like fruits vegetables and greens.
- Give rest to the digestion and colon by juicing majorly for few days with greens, fruit or veg juices only in abundance like it’s your meal - 3-4 lts for a week.
- Stop the consumption of dairy eggs meat seafood sugar coffee tea green tea
- Stop all forms of fats ( oils , grease , nuts seeds ) that will add load to an already compromised liver
- Stop all forms of foods that are purchased
- Go raw on greens, fruits majorly for one full month/ 2 months as conditions improve
- Juices till 12, fruits for lunch, vegetables and greens chewed completely and eaten for dinner . 3-4 cups of greens
- Cooked food post that has to be only once a day without using oils or ghee with 30% grains that are gluten free and oilfree, unpolished, unrefined
- Wheat and foods with maida wheat has to be avoided
- Sugar and processed sweetners avoided
- Place a cold wet towel daily on the abdomen for 30 mins. Start with 5 mins hot towel and 25 mins cold
- Exposure to sunlight for 30 mins
- Yoga pranayama
- Practice mental peace, leading a stress free life, free of any form of negativity
- Take water enema for a month without interfering with your normal bowel movements after constipation is resolved.
- Expect some infections as you are on a healthy lifestyle as the junk comes out of the body. No medicines must be taken at any cost. Only juicing.

आँत में fluid की कमी से ऐसा हो जाता है। सलाद में नमक लेने से सलाद के गुणों में कमी आती है। नमक अधिक लेने से शरीर में fluid की कमी आती है। कच्चा खाना में हरे पत्ते कच्चे रूप में सलाद में बिना नमक के बथुआ, पालक, चुकंदर, कच्ची भिंडी मिलाएँ। ताजे नारियल की गिरी सलाद में मिलाएँ।
पवन मुक्त आसन करें ताकि आँत के गैस निष्कासित हो सके। भ्रामरी प्राणायाम, ताड़ासन, कटिचक्र आसन, नटराजासन, वृक्षासन, हस्तपादासन, सर्वांगासन, हलासन, अनुलोम-विलोम प्राणायाम करें ताकि शरीर में ऑक्सिजन की अनुपात सही रहे और आँत की आसन द्वारा मालिश हो जाएगी।
खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। इससे पेट की दाह को कम कर सकेंगे। नितम्ब स्नान करें। 20 मिनट के लिए एक टब में पानी भर कर बैठें।
ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती।
सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।
एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Constipation is one of the very commonest digestive disorders worldwide which has affected approximately 2.5 million people. Constipation, may be characterised by difficulty in passing motions due to hardened stools, and also as a result of slowed peristaltic movement of stool in the digestive tract. One can say he or she is said to be constipated if they pass motions less than three times in a week.
In your case though you are consuming raw fruits and vegetables, there might be some lacuna in your life style or diet pattern
The following list of management methods should help with you with addition to your raw diet
- Water Drinking – Inadequate consumption could lead to dry bowels which make the stools hard and normal peristaltic movement of stools could be hampered, hence it is always adviced to consume atleast 25% extra water than the seasonal requirements
- Figs – Figs being considered as laxative could be consumed either dry or raw form. Make a habit to consume 2-3 figs after dinner or lunch or one could even consume even figs soaked in water overnight which could also increase your peristaltic movements.Moreover figs are rich in fiber which could increase your peristaltic movement
- Spinach – make a habit to include spinach in your diet. Being rich in fibre this could also increase your peristaltic movement
- Fresh lemon – Lemon is known to increase your peristalsis. Lemon which contains citric acid could acts as a stimulant in the digestive tract and also digest the undigested food particles in the digestive tract
- Honey – Being a mild laxative honey is known to increase the peristaltic movements
- Aloe Vera – Gel taken from freshly cut aloe vera leaf has some beneficial properties. Two teaspoons of fresh gel could aid to improve the peristaltic movements of GIT

Hard stool is a sign of lack of fibre in your diet, lack of exercise in your day , lack of rest as well as could be too much mental work. Please understand that if you are having fruits and vegetables in their raw form, but peeling all apples and pears and carrots, then you have reduced the fibre content by half. Kindly see to it that you take whole fruits and vegetables without peeling them. Ofcourse the primary reason for constipation needs to be uncovered. One of themain reasons of constipation is acidity.
Acid is created in the body with every action, whether breathing , walking , digesting or other physiological activities. However, acid created during physiological activities gets neutralised with rest and doesn't cause acidity. The whole body however has an overall disposition which is slightly alkaline. Ted Morter has summed this up well , he says ," Body is acidic by function but alkaline by nature."
Chronic Acidity is caused due to various reasons :

Imbalance in Work and Rest - work schedules where ample rest and relaxation are missing,
