How can I take Natural protein and vitamins for daily requirement suitable for digestive system?

Absolutely not recommended.When nature has provided that in abundance in fruits vegetables and leafy greens, why take man made chemicals that’s manufactured in a factory ? That will make problems worse . Can we know the reason for this idea to supplement? 

Instead follow this, results guaranteed 

Follow this :-

Morning on empty stomach 

  • Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice 

Afternoon from 12 :-  

  • A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone 
  • Followed by a bowl of veg salad 
  • Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Fruits or a veg salad only. 
  • Dinner 30% millets and 70% veggies cooked without oil and without gluten based grains like wheat / maida and barley 
  • Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call . Consult an expert as needed 
  • Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) .
  • See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. 
  • Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. 
  • Place a wet cloth on your tummy for 30 mins daily

What to Avoid :- 

  • Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils coffee tea alcohol . 
  • FOod touching Teflon plastic aluminium copper . Use clay / cast iron / steel / glass
  • Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . Dear Shri Navneet  ,it is  quite sorry affair that  in this period of enlightenment  most people  are  overawed by  allopathic system and cannot  look things  beyond whatever  is dished out by modern  medicinal systems, which  has  laid down or  rather  made the  whole world to toe their system and  made all of us to think in  terms of  protein, carbohydrates,   vitamin, minerals enzymes and  a whole lot of  such  gimmicks. Nature has provided us with all of our physiological needs  from  plant kingdom. If one were to live in accordance with the eternal laws of nature which are immutable,  inviolable there won't be any deficiency /shortage of  any  nutrition .Please consume  the fare  provided us by Nature in the form of  vegetables, fruits, nuts  ,seeds grains, in  unrefined, unprocessed, unadulterated, according to the Law of Vital Economy, wherein one  should  eat only to the 1/3rd of  requirements in one meal, chewing  well, masticate  thoroughly, and  there wouldn't be any  deficiency for any of the  nutrition. 

The body has the power of  transmutation, converting, the  constituents in  any form needed by the organism, each and  every short fall is  made up from the  natural food consumed, please therefore  follow the nature with utmost reverence and you will be awarded  with a  maddening health.

Mother nature has provided us with abundant fruits and vegetables. These are excellent sources for all proteins, vitamins and essential minerals. Apart from this inclusion of sprouts, nuts and seeds meet our daily requirements for all nutrients. Include all the above sources with a minimum amount of cooking, processing etc. This can be done if you include them in plenty in raw form in your daily regime. These are best absorbed by your digestive system. Apart from this removal of dairy, animal foods, processed, sugary and fried foods. Removal of these items ensures that your gut is healthy and proper absorption of nutrients can also take place. Apart from this exposure to sunlight and adequate rest and sleep along with physical activity ensures utilization of these nutrients by the body.

Proteins and vitamins are easily available in almost every plant sources such as fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts .

 

•One of the easily available natural protein source is from lentils. It is widely available and easy to prepare. You can soak it and prepare a salad, broth or cook it for curry.

 

• Peanuts, chickpeas, almonds, green peas, chia seeds, flax seeds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds and cashews contain high proteins. You can soak them in water or consume them as it is. 

 

•Every type of beans such as kidney beans, black beans and soy contains a high amount of proteins, minerals and vitamins. You can cook them in curry or make a bean broth and consume it. 

 

• Dark leafy greens, broccoli, spinach, Brussels sprouts and potatoes 

Oatmeals, whole grains, also contain a good amount of protein and vitamins required for your body.

 

• Fruits like Banana, guava, berries, avocado and grapes contain a high amount of protein and vitamins among the fruits.
