नमस्ते,

मसूड़ों में कई तरह की समस्याएँ होती हैं जो किसी भी उम्र में हो सकती है. जिंजिवल रिसेशन/रिसाइडिंग गम ऐसी ही कुछ समस्याओं में से एक है जो मसूड़ों के उत्तकों के क्षय हो जाने की वजह से होता है. इसमें मसूड़े दांतों की जड़ों को छोड़कर ऊपर की तरफ निकल जाते हैं जिसकी वजह से दांतों का आकार लम्बा और बाहर निकला हुआ सा दिखाई देता है. दांतों और मसूड़ों के बीच गैप बन जाता है जिसकी वजह से वहां कीटाणुओं को जगह बनाने और दांतों को नुकसान पहुंचाने का मौका मिलता है।

  • प्रतिदिन सूर्योदय के पश्चात कम से कम 30 मिनट धूप मेंंं व्यतीत करें इसे शरीर को आवश्यक मात्रा में विटामिन डी की आपूर्ति होती है, दांतों और मसूड़ों के लिए यह फायदेमंद है।
  • एक नींबू के रस में थोड़ा नमक मिला कर पेस्ट बना लें। इसे अच्छे से मिलाएं और अपने दांतो पर लगाएं। कुछ मिनट छोड़ने के बाद गुनगुने पानी से कुल्ला कर लें। ये भी आपके मसूड़ों को मजबूत बनाता है।
  • विटामिन-सी की भरपूर मात्रा वाले अन्य फल और भोजन, जैसे संतरा, अंगूर, आंवला, अमरूद, कीवी, आम, पपीता, शिमला मिर्च और स्ट्रॉबेरी भी मसूड़ों की बीमारी के इलाज में जरूरी है ये आपके मसूड़ों को मजबूत करती है।

 

  • शहद आपके मसूड़ों को अपनी जगह छोड़ेने बचाता है। शहद में प्राकृतिक एंटी-बैक्टीरीअल और एंटीसेप्टिक तत्व हैं, जिसका लाभ आप अपने संक्रमित मसूड़े के इलाज में उठा सकते हैं।

Gums are also made up of the cells of the body. It belongs to the first part of the Gi tract. It can tolerate alkaline foods. It can’t tolerate acidic foods over a period of few yrs. 1.start fasting correctly 16 hours per day between dinner and next solids daily

2.rinse with salt water after every drink or solid

3. Fast on liquids for 3 days-vegetable juices, tender coconut. do not eat anything for three days

4. do not snack between meals.

5. Quit animal-based foods such as dairy, meat, eggs, fish forever, quit sugar and other unnatural sweeteners.

6. Do not eat any ready to eat foods that have been packed 

7. Exposure to sunlight 

8.Use Vicco vajradanti toothpaste and avoid all other fluoride-based ones.

9. Do as much juice feasting as possible for a few days. If you chew, chew only soft fruits and drink vegetable juices. Don’t consume vegetable salads for a few days. We want to avoid wear and tear. Give as much rest as possible to the mouth from chewing. Absolutely avoid cooked beans and grains for a month and then start cooked only in the night that’s oilfree. 

I have personally healed from surgeries in my mouth after teeth removal tooth removal without any medication, by being on liquid fast and adopting all the suggestions that I have mentioned above. There have been people who have had pains in the teeth and have also healed.

Receding gums is an inflammation of the gums. It might take a month or two for it to heal without any medication and with dedicated care. It is very important to be religious in the above practice to heal completely and avoid cooked food with grains as much as possible.

How to Keep Your Teeth and Gums Strong and Healthy:

Healthy teeth and gums not only give you a beautiful smile, but they also indicate good oral health and hygiene, which play a very important role in your life. 
Undermining a healthy oral routine can get you stuck with cavities, stained or yellowed teeth, and bad breath are major causes.

Remedy:

Oil pulling, also known as oil swishing, is an age-old practise used in strengthen the teeth, gums, and jaw while preventing tooth decay.

It helps to draw out bacteria from the mouth, keeps your gums healthy, and brightens your teeth.

How to do Oil pulling:

Put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in your mouth.
Gently swish it around for about 20 minutes.
Spit it out.
Rinse out your mouth with warm water. Use saltwater for added antimicrobial benefits.
Brush your teeth as usual.
Do this daily in the morning, on an empty stomach.
You can also do oil pulling with coconut oil.

2. Chew on Some Guava Leaves and gargle with warm water

3. Add Indian Gooseberry to Your Diet

4. Brush your teeth with Neem stick on a regular basis.

Receding gums are a condition where your gums start pulling back from your tooth surface, which exposes the root surfaces of your teeth. Initially, this could cause more sensitivity and also cause irritation. On a longer run this could weaken the roots of the teeth and could lead to other complications. This could be classified as periodontal disease as it affects the roots of the teeth. Ultimately this could cause bad oral hygiene and eventually could even cause tooth loss

Treatments those useful to manage it are as follows;

  1. Oil pulling using coconut oil has proven to effective as a study conducted by an US Institute. It was found out that it could reduce the growth of bacterial infection caused by Streptococcus bacteria
  2. Eucalyptus oil when applied over the gums had a better anti-inflammatory effect which was ellucited by another study
  3. Application of peppermint Oil - Essential oil like peppermint has proven effective as pain relif in case of any sensitivity or irritation
  4. Aloe Vera - When fresh gelly applied from a fresh cut aloe vera leaf has proved to effective in inflammed gums
  5. Turmeric application has proven to anti-inflammatory and antioxidant in case of inflammed gums
  6. Keeping oral Hygiene - Brushing and flossing after every meal is simple way to maintain oral hygiene. Gargling your mouth is mandatory after every food intaken.
