Notwithstanding hereditary and genetic issues, you can put on healthy tissues, provided you follow the tenets of Natural laws governing our organism.
I am afraid you might lose one or two kilos of weight initially following the natural treatment which will comprise of shedding of the toxins laid down in your system not allowing the body's capacity to work at the optimum and to improve your metabolism in order to put on fat.
- For 2 to 3 days subsist on either on fruit juices or fruit diet.
- Form 4th day, eat hand pounded rice or brown rice or wholemeal wheat, roti please don't use any ready-made branded flour (atta ), get your own organic wheat else you may use ragi millet, with steamed/boiled vegetables and salads in lunch and dinner, in accordance with the law of Vital Economy means eat only 2/3rds capacity of your stomach, don't ever overeat consuming more carbohydrates helps to gather more body mass.
- To optimize the metabolism it is very essential that you go for a brisk walk in the early morning for 2 to 3 km.and do deep breathing.
- Let the Sun rays rejuvenate your body and improve your sluggish digestion, Bask in the Sun for 30 minutes followed by a cold water bath.
- Self-massage on alternate days.
- Put a wet towel on your abdomen for 20 minutes in the morning or evening at your convenience.
- After some days include sweet potatoes, dates, bananas, and coconut milk in the breakfast.
- Have complete physical and mental rest sleep undisturbedly for 7 to 8 hours daily.
- Needless to mention that avoid all enervating, negative fast food, all stimulants tea, coffee, cola, alcohol, tobacco, refined, processed foods, conserving vitality by not engaging in frivolous activities and habits.

- To gain weight, eat at least three full meals per day and make sure to include plenty of fat, carbs, and protein.
- You need to eat more calories than your body burns to gain weight. Aim for 300–500 calories per day above your maintenance level for slow weight gain or 700–1,000 calories if you want to gain weight fast.
- You can add a lot of dried fruits, veggies and fruits to your foods to make it easier to eat more. Base your diet on energy-dense foods as much as possible.
- Avoid junk foods, eating out, sugared drinks and keep yourself stress-free and try to have good sleep.
- When trying to increase your weight, it’s very important to lift heavy weights and improve your strength and caution is that you do it under guidance. This will help you gain muscle mass instead of just fat.
