Ans. Ras aur fiber yukt khana main focus me rahe, Jaise ki subah start alkline juice se start karen, 1ghante baad fruits breakfast me len, lunch me green leafy vegetables salad me add karke khayen, dinner me any veg soup le sakte hain ya semi cooked vegetables with any nut dressing ke sath len.
Fruits ko veg ke sath combined na karen, fruits me lemon and salt na milayen.
Salad me fruits ko na milyen, nuts, salt, black pepper mila sakte hain.
Alkline juice me lemon salt add na karen. Alkaline juice Empty stomach pina hai. Liquid ko 40 count karne tak hold karen munh me fir gut karen, isi tarike se solid ko 40 count karne tak chabana hai fir gut karna hai.
Apke obesity ke problem Ka solution apke mouth me banne wale saliva ke pass hai. Saliva jitna banage utna jaayda jaldi fat burn hoga.

All leafy green vegetables, watery vegetables and fibrous vegetables are good for weight loss. For example all greens like spinach, amaranth, and other locally organically grown are good. Watery vegetables like cucumber, tomato, cabbage, carrot etc are good too. Fibrous vegetables are like all types of beans, moringa Eyc are also good. Vegetables rich in carbs can be avoided like potatoes, yams etc.
Now when we look out for weight loss it is not just the weight that needs to be shed. 3 Chexk your bowel movements. They need to be very regular. See to it that the quantity you have consumed all day should be less than the quantity you are eliminating the next day.
4 Sleep well and be well rested. Sleep is very important for your body to get recharged and be able to execute its duties properly. Rest is as important as food.
5 Be happy and peaceful. Keep away from emotional stress.
6 Take full responsibility for your life and choices. It’s you who will help you get over all hurdles.

Heii Krutika , for obesity management one can have all green veggies but the thing to focus on is , how we consume the veggies.
Main points to focus on during weight loss are
:-
1. Total withdrawal of fast food and aritificial cold drinks/ carbonated drinks.
2. Consume less white sugar . You can use honey or stevia as the alternative .
3. Avoid over use of salt .
4. No Heavy Meals after 7 pm .
5. Consume more of seasonal fruits . Watermelon , muskmelon , cucumber all these can be comsumed anytime if you feel hungry .
6. Avoid excess of carbohydrates. Mostly our indian meals are carbohydrate rich and they lack proteins.
7. MOST IMPORTANT 45 TO 60 MIN OF ANY KIND OF BODY ACTIVITY - yoga , zumba , dance , aerobics .👍💙💟

We have to think of a holistic approach to leading a healthy lifestyle. Attacking obesity / diabetes/ etc is a short term / crash diet methodology. That is not sustainable in the long run. We must focus on living a healthy lifestyle that’s as close to natural as possible to avoid/heal from any illness and obesity is also an illness. It’s caused due to an improper lifestyle and accumulation of toxins because of that lifestyle. Once you change a lifestyle for good, for life and avoid all the foods/habits that made you sick and overweight and being in all the foods and habits that make you healthy, weight gain and any related issues which may not have surfaced in the tests of a doctor will be healed.
Adopt a high raw whole food plant-based diet for life. This will make you lose weight and also help you in the long run. Whole means you must Consume foods unpolished, unrefined and unpackaged. High raw means ensuring that you are consuming fruits veggies and greens in its raw form until dinner.
The foods to avoid are diary in all forms, sugar , jaggery in moderation, salt in moderation, packaged foods from outside , foods with refined oils , any form of oil for cooking because it’s not whole ( seed can be consumed , not oil alone that’s separated from the seed ) , maida and whole wheat and wheat related products.
Exercise daily for 1 hour. Just walking may of help.. exercises have to be combined with walking. Yoga pranayama, sleeping well, keeping thoughts positive and avoiding negative thoughts of hate jealousy anger etc will keep u healthy and also reduce ur weight

There is no particular food for obesity. A healthy diet will do the trick. Taking a lot of Vegetables will make your body fit and healthy. Avoid meat and dairy products and focus on greens mainly. Nuts and greens must be your primary diet. Apart from this you can also try yoga and walking.
Exercise alone doesn't help in reducing weight and it is essential for the person to give up in junk food and dairy since it it the major cause for increase in weight. Weight gain results due to a sedentary lifestyle, lack of physical activities, and high fatty diet. For reducing the weight, it is necessary to remove the excess fats from the body, and along with this following a natural lifestyle and correct eating habits is also important.
Diet
- Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to improve the metabolism and also to flush the toxins out of the body.
- Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping.
- Soak the cumin seeds in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, boil the water and add a slice of ginger to it. Strain the water and drink it. This water will be beneficial for reducing fat.
- Always eat only plant-based natural foods.
- Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers.
- Have sprouts, nuts, and beans.
- Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables.
Exercise
Daily exercising and yoga are also important to improve the metabolism and also to improve blood circulation.
- Start the day with a short morning walk or jogging for at least 30min.
- Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily.
- Practice pranayam regularly, like bhastrika, kapalbhati and anulom-vilom pranayam.
- Take sunrays early in the morning regularly for 15-20min.
Sleep
Sleeping patterns and quality of sleep also matter. Sometimes lack of sleep may also result in weight gain. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am.
