I have vitamin d3 deficiency. I feel my pulses outside and feel shake discomfort of chest

Hi Ji,

Your body synthesizes its own vitamin D from cholesterol, but it requires the skin to be exposed to sunlight for the process to successfully take place.

Eat adequate fruits, nuts and vegetables to get suffient Vitamin d.

Vitamin D is the only Vitamin that is been sourced from exposure to sunlight and is an essential vitamin which plays a vital role inbuilding and maintaining strong bones.

A normal individual requires about600-800 IU of vitamin D for adults on a daily basis but in some cases there might be a higher requirements of vitamin to meet the needs.

Some ways to source it naturally are,

  • Sunlight - Sunlight has been a richest source of this vitamin and due to some religious practices and modern lifestyle we hardly get exposed to sunlight, which becomes a worrying cause. Sunlight exposure for atleast 30 mins daily is very essential, preferably in the mornings. Habbits of sunbathing on seashore has been populist practise in the west keeping in mind of this requirement.
  • Add mushrooms to your diet - Mushrooms have a capacity to generate this vitamin on their own and consumption of mushrooms could be one of the best option. Researches have shown that on consumption of mushrooms there is a remarkable increase in Vit D3 in patients.
  • Eat Citrus fruits - Consumption of oranges, sweet lime etc could be the fruit sources to acquire this vitamin.
  • Diet Alternatives- Foods like Soy and almonds could be a great choice as well

Deficiency is an EFFECT of bad health.

Bad health happens due to TOXAEMIA. Toxaemia is the single CAUSE of bad health.

When the accumulated toxins are cleared, deficiency on its own goes away.

Toxins get cleared by vitality when conserved consistently.

Sunexposure for 1 hr daily will fix your opinion that you have a deficiency. However, for that to happen you must also be on a healthy lifestyle where there is no room in ur stomach for animal based foods like milk curd cheese paneer ghee and any food that’s made from diary. U must quit meat eggs fish sugar maida outside packaged foods.

Start having fruits as much as your stomach can take like meals. I am asking u to replace all means except dinner with fruits and vegetables. Dinner must be millets cooked without any oil. Look up google or YouTube for oilfree cooking.  Add greens like Palak mint and coriander to meals or juice them and have. Drink as much tender coconut and vegetable or fruit juices without any sugar or jaggery. Load your body with fruits. You will feel better in one week.  Continue this lifestyle and you will feel more and more better as days pass. If you think this is a medicinal diet and go back to old ways of living, ur old problems will also come back. Add yoga and pranayama to ur life and do it daily.!

Hi Lokinder, How do you know it is D3 deficiency?

Anyway, wallk outside at sunrise or sunset for aleast an hour everyday.

Keep in touch with nature by walking barefoot, touching trees or doing gardening.

What is your diet like? At what time do you sleep everyday? Are you facing a lot of stress?
