Chana daal - 250g
Dry khopra (dry coconut) - 100g
Sakkar or jaggery syrup 150 ml or gram
Fresh coconut for garnish, grated- 20 g
Cardamom powder 1/2 spoon
Dry roastchana daal then soak for 8 hours. Now grind into a rough paste and add 2 cups water and stir continuously. After 10 minutes add sakker or jaggery syrup, dry coconut powder, Cardamom powder & mix it properly and cook for a few minutes, then turn off gas and garnish with fresh coconut serve hot.
