Wellcure
This quick under 15 minute recipe can add a lot of spice to a meal. Add some jaggery and give to kids instead of ketchup with sandwiches and dosas. Kids, no need to sacrifice your love for ketchup with your favourite snacks and mom's relax, you know it's free of preservatives or food colouring! Happy meal times?
Variation: Increase the amount of tomatoes and jaggery. Cook some of the tomato on a wok without oil. Add Jaggery. Cook till soft. Add herbs of choice (pepper works best).Mix this paste with the other ingredients as mentioned above while blending.This will make it more sauce like.

Can be easily combined with other food group (except fruits)
Consume with dosas, chillas, or sandwiches.
You can adjust the quantity of onions and chillies for more tanginess.
