If you are skinny as well as fat then i would first suggest you to lose your fat by doing running , swimming , jogging or brisk walking ....... And together take a good protein intake so that you dont encounter a muscle injury during your fat loss journey ..... Maintain a balanced diet and avoid bloating of stomach by not eating too much at a time .... Later then you can continue on ur journey for building muscle .... Doing both things at a time would be to much exhausting for a begginer ..... Hope this helps you to clear your mind about your fitness journey 🙏😇😀

नमस्ते त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा ५ पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें १०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें। २ घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। सलाद दोपहर १ बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ २ कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ १ कटोरी चावल या १ रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, १२ घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें ८ बजे रात से ८ बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है, खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट चेहरे पर २० मिनट के लिए लगाएँ। चेहरे को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें, साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।

Don't compromise on your breakfast. Eat regular meals and eat lots of fruits and vegetables.Drink plenty of water. Eat high fibre foods and use a smaller plate. Don't stock junk foods and carbonated drinks. Cut down on alcohol and foods rich in sugar and fats and also spices should be in limit. Plan your meals (take small and frequent meals) and include all the food groups and remember moderation is the key rule. Do perform yoga and exercise as it is beneficial for your key purpose.
I am having a history of prostititis from last 12-13 years but I am not able to cut down my protein intake wch has aggravated my problem as I had haematuria few days back. Suggest me some remedial measures.

नमस्ते रूबी जी हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ ही सारी बीमारी का मूल कारण आप जब खाने के बारे सोंचे तो केवल कच्चे आहार में क्या लिया जा सकता है ये देखना है दिन शुरुआत १/२खीरे+५पुदीने के पत्ते को पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, 1 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ साथ में थोड़े सूखा फल जैसे की मुनक्के, अंजीर, खजूर, किसमिस, ख़ुरबानी लें भिगोए हुए। पालक१० पत्ते+पान पत्ते १ को पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। इस जूस के एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। खाने में सलाद मेवे के साथ ज़रूर लें सब्ज़ी के सूप में घी या मक्खन या अन्य तेल के जगह में काजू , बादाम, अखरोट, नारियल का पेस्ट मिलाएँ और तिल या अलसी भूने हुए 2 चम्मच मिलाएँ। जितना आराम शरीर को चाहिए उससे ज़्यादा आराम पेट को चाहिए सो अनाज कम लें दूध, दही, घी, तेल, से बचें अंकुरित अनाज सलाद में मिला कर लें। शाम को भी फल खाएँ और रात को सूप और सलाद।

Hi, Don't lose hair on the head by worrying about the hair on the chin - in the end, both have no importance though. Isn't life a lot more than some hair here and there? If you can learn and do Surya namaskar twice everyday, that will be the best, otherwise do Sarvangasana and Bhujangasana, and go for brisk walks.
