To follow the meal plan and recipes in the program you would need:

  • Fresh/seasonal fruits, vegetables & leafy greens

  • Variety of nuts & seeds (almonds, cashews, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, watermelon seeds, Flax or chia seeds)

  • Preservative free soy sauce (recommended: Kikkoman)

  • Millets rice or brown rice (unpolished millets - barnyard/kodo/little/browntop, and sonamasuri brown rice are quicker to cook)
