Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 7:00-8:00 AM

Hatha Yoga - Yoga Asana and Pranayama in the invigorating Hatha style of yoga

Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00-8:00 AM

Sukshma Yoga - Gentle Asana flow, balancing Breath & Energy system (chakras, naadis, pranas)


7:00-8:00 AM: Yogic Kriya - Detox of Nervous system & Digestive system

7:00-8:00 PM: Meditation & Yoga Nidra - Deep relaxation for de-stress and better sleep

  • Recording of all sessions (except Saturday’s sessions) will be available for 48 hours. 

  • Recording of Saturday’s sessions will be available for 4 weeks.

  • In case of program cancellation by Wellcure, users will be refunded 100% of the program fee; which should reflect in their accounts in 5-7 working days.
