1. Community Operations (Customer Service) & Sales Specialist

(Work From Home Allowed)

The candidate will support and execute the Company’s day to day operations of Sales, HR, and Finance.

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment support work for various job openings in the Company.

2. Administration of all income and receipts processes

3. To support all senior team members with various operational tasks.

4. To provide administrative support to sales and customer support teams.

5. To support in running online programs on Zoom or other conferencing apps.

6. Perform other duties as required by various stakeholders in the company.

 Qualifications & Skills Required

1. Strong interpersonal skills and professional comportment

2. Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities and manage time

3. Strong problem-solving skills

4. Strong efficiency with MS Excel and MS Word.

5. Proven ability to work well with diverse groups and work as part of a team

6. Passionate and willing to grow.

Salary Range

2. Sales Growth Specialist

(Work From Home Allowed)

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for growth and innovative ability to find efficiencies in sales & marketing, and aid in creating company growth. You will be responsible for assisting in developing a customer base for various workshops, e-learning courses, and other health-related products sold on the Wellcure platform. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage Sales of various health workshops and courses run by the Wellcure platform.
• Tracking sales and allotting customers to various health workshops conducted by the company.
• Meet the company's monthly business target and keep the Management updated on its progress.
• Demonstrate the ability to map out operational marketing strategy and then drive that strategy by proven testing methods and metrics.

Qualifications & Skills required:

• Experience preferred in sales of online platform or events operations and sales.
• Some marketing influenced content writing and basic designing skills will be preferred.
• Good research and creative skills, a key requirement for the role
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and adhering to deadlines.
• Candidates living in Gurgaon will be preferred.
• Young and ambitious candidates wanting to learn and work in an early-stage startup.

Salary Range

INR 3.6 to 6.0 lacs per annum depending on experience and educational qualifications. Additional 20% Monthly variable incentive/bonus dependent upon business performance.

3. Online Marketing & Sales Specialist

(FULL-TIME role, no part-time or freelancing allowed)

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for marketing and innovative ability to create successful search engine and social media campaigns and aid in creating company growth. You will be responsible for executing digital campaigns and generating sales for Wellcure. 

Responsibilities:

1. Design, create and manage promotions of Search Engine and Social media campaigns.
2. Handle Email marketing regarding ongoing projects.
3. Handle all social media accounts for Wellcure.
4. Work with the SEO agency to derive the maximum benefit out of their work.
5. Demonstrate the ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy by proven testing methods and metrics.
6. Acquaint with the product, target audience, and competitor activities in the market.

Qualifications & Skills required:

1. Experience preferred in Online Marketing and sales.
2. Some marketing influenced content writing and basic designing skills will be preferred.
3. Good research and creative skills, a key requirement for the role.
4. Strong understanding of digital trends in website technology, analytics, social marketing, email marketing, and SEO and SEM fundamentals.
5. Proactive and detail-oriented with an ability to create digital campaigns.
6. Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and adhering to the deadlines.
7. Young and ambitious candidates wanting to learn and work in an early-stage startup.

Salary Range:

INR 25k to 35k per month depending on experience and educational qualifications. Additional 15-20% Monthly variable bonus subject to Individual and Company performance. Attractive ESOPs if the candidate works for more than a year with the Company.
