This meal is good for kidneys, urinary bladder, improves blood quality, good for IBS
For Dosa
1. Udrad dal - 3 tbsp
2. Brown rice - 2 cup
3. Grated white pumpkin - 1 cup
4. Salt - to taste
For Palak chutney
1. Palak big leaves- 15
2. Roasted gram - 75 grams
3. Coconut (fresh, grated) - 1 cup (180 grams)
4. Green chilly - 5
5. Garlic - 4
6. Rock salt - 1 tsp (or as required)
7. Tomato big - 1/2
1. Soak rice and urad dal for 3 hours.
2. Grind it along with grated white pumpkin and salt.
3. Fermentation not required.
4. Use the prepared batter to make dosas.
Palak chutney
1. Blanch palak leaves for 3 min (or u can also steam for 5 min)
2. In a mixie add the blanched palak and all the other ingredients mentioned under 'for palak chutney'
3. Grind to chutney consistency
4. Serve with white pumpkin dosa

Add more coconuts and u can also add peanuts .
