Healthy smoothies for kids. Can be served as an evening after school snack or can be sent in a 200 ml bottle for the 11 am snack break. Can be carried anywhere and will not spoil because it does not have any milk. It comes in handy always, especially when kids are always demanding something to eat or drink.
Enjoy keeping your kids healthy with this delicious smoothies
Banana 1 - 2 medium or 3 little ones
Spinach leaves - 3-4 leaves
Lime - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1/2 tbsp
Pear - 1 (only during the season and organic if available)
Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
Dates - 5-6 per smoothie
Roasted Peanuts - 1/8th cup
Cacao powder ( not cocoa ) optional
Coconut milk 1-2 cups
Cardamom powder - 2 pinches
Smoothie 1 - Banana, spinach, lime, ginger, dates, cinnamon
Smoothie 2 - banana, peanuts, dates, lime
Smoothie 3 - banana , dates, pear , lime , spinach
Smoothie 4 - coconut milk, cacao, dates, cardamom powder
Every plant smoothie can be blend with water if it has a banana or avocado. Please avoid adding dairy milk to any smoothie.
