While turmeric is a flavorsome spice that is nutritious to consume, it has also traditionally been used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine to treat inflammatory conditions, skin diseases, wounds, digestive ailments, and liver conditions.

Coconut milk -250 ml
Turmeric(raw)-1 to 2 pieces
Walnut-1 to 2 kernels
Cashew nut-5 gm
Almonds-5 gm
Honey -1 to 2 tablespoon
1. Keep raw turmeric soaked in water for 30 mins before preparation for hassle-free peeling.
2. Now peel the skin of turmeric and with all other nuts grind till it is coarsely ground and set the paste aside.
3. Boil the coconut milk and add the paste and honey to it.
4. Keep stirring and put it off the burner after 5 mins.
5. Keep it in the refrigerator for 20 mins before serving.

Good recipe. But, Honey should not be cooked, it can be added while the milk is warm
