The most important thing in our body to maintain tissue health is getting all nutrients in a balanced form. We need to make sure that our family membersare always getting new kind of healthy dishes to savour. Add this new bowl of a recipe in your menu which is filled with healthy and tasty soya chunks.

Ingredients

  • One cup Soya chunks (Soak them in water for half an hour)
  • One tomato
  • One onion
  • One green chilli
  • Dry mango powder 1 Tsp
  • Himalayan pink salt 1 Tsp
  • Red chilli powder as per taste
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • One teaspoon mustard seeds
  • One tablespoon cold-pressed oil (optional)
  • Coriander and sesame seeds for garnishing

Method

  • Take a frying pan, pour one tablespoon of cold-pressed oil. Put some mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • Saute onions in it till they turn brown, add green chill and tomatoes.
  • Time to add the herbs chilli powder, pink salt, dry mango powder.
  • Mix them all and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander and sesame seeds.
