Wellcure
This one is another delightful way to answer the constant demand by our kids ‘Mummy, I want Ice cream’. The market bought versions have so many synthetic stabilizers, emulsifiers, preservatives and additives, so here is a healthful way to eat ice creams again! Actual preperation time of this dessert is about 30-45 mins. The 2-3 hours is for freezing. The prep of this recipe is easy, if you have extracted your coconut milk in advance.
Delicious mango ice-cream is ready to eat. Do not forget to eat this fruit based dessert before a meal (not after)!
Wellcure easy-to-make tip: Split this activity over 2 days. First extract the coconut milk. Don’t add too much water. Put it in fridge to set.
Day 2: Blend with Mango and freeze.
By evening, take out blend and freeze again. Ready to enjoy in mornings.

Mostly we do not mix Fruits and nuts, as each has its own digestion times. However, the coconut here adds the much needed creamy texture. So we have used it for that reason.
