My face looks too much scary and lots of pimples are there. So tell me what should I do to get rid from these such facial problems?

To start with do not let your facial issue take over your confidence, with or without acne. It always matters that how you take care of your self. To start with there are few areas you need to begin with.

1. Diet:

  • Start your day with a good stomach wash by drinking two glasses of water. A clear gut will help in absorbing a lot of nutrients. This is turn to make your skin healthier.
  • Depend on vegetable juices, as it helps in detoxifying your body and enhances the skin.
  • Choose fruits instead of an oily evening snack.

2. Face pack:

  • Beetroot and chia seeds face pack helps in enhancing your face by removing acne scar.
  • Applying turmeric and rose water, thick paste directly on acne helps in dealing with it.
  • Aloe vera gel and coconut oil help in clearing skin.

Dear health seeker Shubham, the  real cause of  skin  can be attributed to a simple  factor that your  lifestyle has  gone far far away from nature. Ponder over the few  questions:

   1  Do you  perspire  as a sequel to  normal  living  means  ,that  you  must be  wearing  clothes  inimical  hazardous to the skin  like  heavy jeans  synthetic  clothing  putting  cosmetics  ,creams, lotions   soaps  talcum powder onto to the skin,These all  are  enemy of  skin. Making the skin sluggish not doing its proper job of elementing toxins through sweat. 


2  You must be living in for most part of the day in Ac facilities thus  depriving  skin to  perform its  duty of  exepelling  morbid  matter. 

3.These  days  nobody  exposes  his  body to the  air   or to the sun

4.Most  persons  bath  with  hot water and  doesn't  rub the  skin for  allowing the  healthy blood in the  fine  capillaries  to flow into it marking skin  yet more  poorer. 

  5 The  diet  is  usually  highly  acidic in  nature  consisting of  more of  carbohydrates  fats  proteins, animal  products 

    All the above  factors  are  responsible  for the  skin  disease  named  pimples. 

    You will do  well to  rectify the the  above  mode causing pimples to  precipitate If you  put your house in order  by  living a  hygienic lifestyle  as per the  laws governing our organism  ere  long you will be  healthy and  free from  not only  pimples  but  all  other latent diseases  

  By following  nature cure  sick  becomes well,well becomes better, better  still  better. Lacs of  patients have  thus been restored to  health. There is no short cuts to health.

Apply mud pack over the seed of the pimples taking care that mud should be sourced from 5 to 6 feet beneath earth ensuring that bud is free from polluting agents. Alternatively Multani mitti or simple water packs may be applied for half an hour thrice in a day. Don't apply any medicinal creams since they will leave permanent scar mark, apply coconut oil if skin is dry.

Also  follow the regime as under:_


1 ensure to  eat only when sufficient  true  hunger is there to  digest the  food eaten. We must  eat to  live  and not  live to eat 

2.As a  start  drink  any  alkaline  juice either of the following, ashgourd, bilva patra  banana pith. 

  3.Sun bathing in early morning sun for  25 minutes, followed by spinal bath or  full bath 

4..Some simple  yogic  aasanas 

5..A  wet  pack over abdomen for 20 minutes 

   6..Fruit salads or  vegetables salads in  breakfast 

   7..Conservatively  cooked  vegetables and  raw  salads with  enough  coconut scrappings in lunch 

8...Fruit  juice  at or  around  4PM if  there's  a  sufficiency of  hunger, if not then avoid 

9..Conservatively  cooked  vegetables plus  one or two roti or small quantity of rice in dinner 

10..Abdomen wet pack for 20 minutes twice in the day 

11.  Needless to  mention that  avoid all  enervating foods tea and  coffee, processed, manufactured,preseved foods, habits 
All your pimples and all other health issues will be radically cured within a short period

Your skin is a reflection of the food you put into the body.Pimples are a reflection of your body internal health.. So if you feed the body the food its designed to eat, such as fruits vegetables and greens in abundance it will reflect back on your face. It is also extremely important that you switch to wholefood plant-based lifestyle which does not include dairy eggs meat fish or any products that contains ingredients coming from animals, sugar coffee tea oils( extremely important)

I have seen children who are on a plant-based diet and consuming junk like chips also have issues like pimples. Hence I would like to focus your attention on raw fruits veggies greens intake as a cooked meal replacement to see results. I have successfully worked with a child on this issue and after making her day go with one oilfree cooked, gluten-free, fruits for breakfast and salads for dinner, it cleared in 2 months. It’s very important that you also hydrate your body when you wake up with either limewater or cucumber juice.

नमस्ते ,

अनियमित दिनचर्या खान-पान की गड़बड़ी, हार्मोंस का असंतुलन ,तनाव ,रोम कूपों के बंद होने की वजह से मुंहासे ,दाग- धब्बे चेहरे, पीठ या कंधे इत्यादि जगहों पर आ जाते हैं ।

 

  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी, नीबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें, इससे आंतों की दीवारें फैलती हैं ,दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं ।

 

  • एलोवेरा आंवला नारियल पानी या खीरा के जूस का सेवन करें ।

 

  • भोजन मौसमी फल एवं हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों को खूब चबा चबाकर खाएं इससे भोजन का पाचन आसानी से होता है ,शरीर में अम्ल एवं क्षार का संतुलन बना रहता है।

 

  • मिट्टी के घड़े में रखे हुए जल को बैठकर धीरे-धीरे सेवन करें ,इससे शरीर के सभी अंगों को पर्याप्त मात्रा में जल की आपूर्ति होती है।

 

  •  उपवास -सप्ताह में 1 दिन उपवास रहें, शरीर से दूसरे पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं ,पाचन अंगों को आराम मिलता है ।

 

  • प्रतिदिन एलोवेरा के हरित भाग को हटाकर सफेद मांसल भाग का जूस बनाकर चेहरे एवं प्रभावित जगह पर लगाएं 20 मिनट बाद उसे ठंडे पानी से धो दें।

 

निषेध- जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ ,चाय ,कॉफी, मैदा, चीनी, ठंडे पेय पदार्थ ,अचार, रासायनिक सौंदर्य वर्धक क्रीम ,रात्रि जागरण, क्रोध, ईर्ष्या, चिंता, तनाव।

हेलो,

 

कारण - त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें।

समाधान - खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है।  20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।

त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा।बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।

जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - उज्जायी, शीतलि, भ्रामरी, और अनुलोम विलोम प्राणायाम करें, ताड़ासन, कटिचक्र, त्रीयक ताड़ासन करें पवनमुक्तासन आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। कपुर मिश्रित नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
