Whole raw foods mean fresh locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables, soaked and sprouted grains and raw nuts.

 

Consuming more of Fresh fruits and vegetables can help the body cleanse faster as it doesn’t take up too much of your vitality to digest and assimilate it. This in turn will leave the body with enough energy for healing. 

 

The best proportions for daily consumption could be 50% of your daily intake could be fruits. 35% could be vegetables, 10% could be grains and 5 % could be nuts and dried fruits.

A raw vegan diet is generally rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains and legumes. It also tends to be naturally low in processed foods.
Additionally this diet is rich in fibres which leads to lower blood sugar levels and increased insulin sensitivity.It contains good amount of nuts,seeds and sprouted grains and legumes which further lowers the .So in crisp and short the plate should be full of above mentioned foods as well as good amount of fruits and vegetables like spinach,kale etc and fruits like oranges and citrus 
Drink plenty of water.

Namaste Mohanji,

The term 'Whole raw food" primarily means consuming more vegetables and fruits preferably in organic form with their skin. The skin of vegetables and fruits are an excellent source of fibre, and all nutrients. The moment food is cooked it looses many of its essential nutrition content, therefore it is better to consume it whole, the way nature has provided. The more closer we are to mother nature our body responds better and can heal itself. Wish you good health always!

Hello Mohan Ji,

Multi grain, Dhaliya, Sprouts, Ragi, Bajra, and raw vegetable like carrot, beetroot, radish, semi cooked potato, Brocoli, pulses  

fruits like Apple, papaya, Pomegranate are best options to treat diabetes under control.

Whole RAW food is good for overall health. RAW food helps us to conserve a lot of vitality.
The conditions of diabetes getresolved with the habit of CONSCIOUS CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY.

What RAW food?

Whatever you like! That is what is the Voice of the organism.
In its original, natural single state, whatever we like to eat, are our food.
It means, apple is our food but chilly is not!

Our likeability gets morphed with humanly crafted tastes. On humanly produced tastes, the voice of the organism cannot be vetted.

I have follwed and treated my diabetes with 100% raw vegan lifetsyle. I eat fruits in morning all sort sweet ones like mangoes, custard apples, chikoo . In afternoon I eat salad without any dressing, salt or oil. I do add microgreens like fenugreek and mustard leaves which I grow in my garden to the salad. Later afternoon I eat almost 65 grams of mixed nuts (not roasted or fried/salted). In evening I drink plant based milk home made with 2 dates.

I followed 100% raw vegan 4 days a week, rest 3 days I eat one cooked meal which is made from scratch , not refined, processed. I eat millet or different grain other than wheat or rice. With this routine I was able to cure my diabetes and high cholesterol in 8 months.

*One glass bitter gourd/Amla/ Ashgourd/wheatgrass/Aloe Vera juice.
*Tomato, cucumber, turnip, Onion, garlic salads.

नमस्ते

 

शुगर कोई बीमारी नहीं है। ख़राब हाज़मा और ग़लत आदतों के वजह से शरीर इस रूप में प्रतिक्रिया कर रहा है। शरीर को नहीं अपनी आदतों को जाँचे। जब तक प्राण सकती है तब तक शरीर के अंदर का कोई भी अंग जो की निष्क्रिय हो गया वो सक्रिय हो सकता है। सही खुराक जो की शरीर की ज़रूरत है।

शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से कच्चे सब्ज़ी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डाले। ताज़ा नारियल मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। 

कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।
