My height is 5'4 nd my weight is 40 approx i m under weight. I m trying for a long time but i m not able to gain wait. I hardly wanted to be healthy

You being underweight can be because of multiple reasons and therefore I'd advice you to go and see your physician personally to rule out any underlying causes .

Namaste,

Eat healthy and organic diet to gain weight.

Have multigrain health drink, sprouts, whole grain, pulses and all fibre fruits and veggies and green leafy vegetable to be consumed on daily basis.

also try the below one;

Take 6 dried figs
Take 30 g raisins
Soak both in water overnight
Eat in 2 doses through the next day

Pracitice some yoga by learning through yoga expert and improve stamina.
