You can certainly manage stress, anxiety and depression in day to day life.

Jusy follow these instructions

1 Firstly start with cleansing of your inner body. The state of your mind is nothing but a reflection of your inner state of health.

Have lots of locally grown seasonal fruits every day. It could be at least 50% of your daily food intake. Have 35% of your daily food intake in form of fresh vegetables. Rest 10% can be grains and 5% soaked nuts.

this way you will be able to hydrate your body well internally and your body will be able to statrt cleansing your bowels of old matter in them. slowly with time the cleansing will start happenning at a deeper level. The cleaner your system will be the brain will be able to function better.

2 Practice deep breathing. Go out in nature every morning. sit calmly and only practice slow deep and relaxed breathing. Evertime you breath out after a deep breath you release toxins and nourish your blood with pure oxygen

3 Get enough sun exposure every day. Spend time in the garden.plant seeds, tend to the existing plants and work in the soil.

4 Do some self analysis. What is it that makes you feel anxious, stressed out or depressed? Are they your own expectations from your self or from outside pressure. Tell your self everything is alright. Let go of things that dont make you happy.

5 Last but the most important thing, make a list of every small thing that makes you happy. Do something everyday that makes you happy. Things or actions that can give you deep everlasting satisfaction are something that you do for some one else which adds some value to their lives. So try to find your passion and contribute to the betterment of the world or humanity.

Hi there ,

It is very important to know the cause or the factors triggering the stress in you . Once you identify the cause or factors responsible ,attempt should be made to tackle it effectively . Stress can be because of various reasons and it takes a great deal to come out of it if not taken care at the earliest . However there are many effective ways to manage it .
Studies have shown that the type of food you take can also effect your emotional and mental state . So it very important to consume a proper stress free diet . 
Daily physical activities and exercises are very important to kick out stress .
A good sleep is very important so make sure that you get six to eight hours of undisturbed sleep . 
Stay connected with people around . 
Always develop a positive thinking .
