23 years of Hypothyroid, 15 years of Vitamin B12 deficiency and 1.5 years of Urticaria cured naturally
Tarun suffered from health issues from his teens culminating in a massive heart attack. His quest for health and becoming medicine-free led him onto the path of natural healing. He experienced the powers of the self-healing body which responded to each and every positive action he took towards re-building his health. Diseases from childhood
My first health issue started at the age of 13. I was diagnosed with Anemia( iron deficiency). My hemoglobin which normally should be above 14 was never above 10. I had tried many medicines, but nothing worked. Though I was a vegetarian, I was advised to eat non-vegetarian food but that did not work out too. My mother, as a last resort started making food in iron utensils. It helped a bit but not much.
Health issues continue
At the age of 33, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and was started on 100mcg of thyroxine.
By age 39, I had DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) which caused a deep ache in my right leg. This is a medical condition that occurs when a blood clot forms in a deep vein. During lab testing, it was found that I had Vitamin B12 deficiency and was given medicines (blood thinners) for that. My problems just seemed to keep increasing.
At age 41, I met a Hematologist and was told that all the three issues I had - Anemia, Thyroid and DVT were because of Vitamin B 12 deficiency. I was told that based on investigation, my stomach was not making the Intrinsic Factor necessary for B12 absorption in my intestines - a condition called pernicious anemia. So I had to take Vitamin B12 injections every month. The injections masked the perennial fatigue I used to have and somehow life went on.
At age 50, I was diagnosed with diabetes. Not just medications for diabetes, but the attending physician prescribed hypertension medicines too. So by the mid-century mark of my life I was on a whole bunch of medications.
Making changes
I hadn’t been well in a long time. I was frustrated and looking for natural solutions to the growing issues. At age 51, I started researching on how to reverse my diabetes, and I got some guidance from various videos on YouTube and started some lifestyle changes. I used to consume multiple cups of tea a day. It took me six months to quit drinking tea. I also turned a vegan (i.e. not consuming any animal products). It helped me to manage my Diabetes and Hypertension but there was not much difference.
The saga of health issues continued. In Nov 2021, at the age of 55, I picked up Urticaria, a skin condition and multiple medicines were prescribed from time to time to manage it. In Aug 2022, I was diagnosed with a lesion in my Parathyroid (Aug 2022) and on further investigations, was advised to undergo one Parathyroid removal surgery .
In the year of March 2023, I had a massive heart attack. I had an angioplasty with two stents in my main arteries. I was again prescribed multiple medicines. I had become fearful of what would come next.
The path to good health
In Aug 2022, based on my friend Kavish Sharma’s recommendation, I attended a 3 day workshop on ‘Healing thyroid Naturally’ from Wellcure. I was introduced to a wealth of information on Nature cure for the first time. However, I could not follow up with the changes suggested in the program due to multiple things going on in my life like my Parathyroid surgery, demise of my mother in between in Jan 2023 and the heart attack. I had absorbed the learnings but hadn’t found the opportunity to implement it properly.
Kavish suggested me to consult Swati Dhariwal, a senior nature cure practitioner and stay at her nature cure center - Antahasatva at Arcot, to take my healing further. I stayed there from 24th March 2023 to 4th April 2023 and deepened my healing journey. At Arcot, I also met Kalyan Sarkar, a nature cure educator who introduced me to his very structured Knowledge sharing material covering the basics of Nature cure.
In April 2023 , I contacted Wellcure for personal guided consultations. Dr. Prashanthi Atluri and the Wellcure team members gave me excellent support. I was advised a raw diet since my case was severely chronic. I was also advised other lifestyle changes to align my life with nature’s cycles. I understood that all my diseases were due to toxin buildup due to an unhealthy lifestyle. The continuous suppression of conditions with one medicine after the other had led to the build-up of more and more health conditions as time went on. The root cause hadn’t been addressed, only symptomatic suppressions through medications and surgeries had been done. I understood that my body was self-healing and I could still heal my body in spite of all the medicines and surgeries.
Miracles unfold
With the recommended nature cure lifestyle, in seven weeks, my Thyroid level become normal. I was taking medicines from June 2000. So, 23 years of thyroid issues became normal within just a few weeks..
My Vitamin B12 levels also became normal. I was taking monthly injections from 2008. So, 15 years of injections could be stopped within 7 weeks on this lifestyle. BP and sugar levels also normalized and I could stop medicines for those too. In June 2023, within 10 weeks on this lifestyle, I tapered off and stopped the Urticaria medicines too.
I am very thankful to Dr Prashanthi and the whole Wellcure team for all the help and support I received due to which, today, I am totally medicine free.
Conclusion
I am already feeling very free physically and mentally. This healing from within has given me so much more mental clarity This is also impacting my spiritual being where my soul feels free and floating. I am really thankful to the science of nature cure and the people I met on this journey for completely transforming my life filled with fear to a life of hope, joy and freedom.
