Designation - Natural Cure Community Lead

Key Objective of the role - Building a community of 1 lac people within 6 months across social platforms

Key Eligibility  - 

1) In depth understanding and passion for Natural Cure Science & Methods and

2) Passion for social media marketing and innovative ability to create successful social media posts/campaigns. and aid in creating community growth.

Salary Range:

INR 2.4 lacs to 3.6 lacs per annum (20k to 30k per month) plus 20% Variable pay subject to relevance of education and experience. (PLEASE RESPECT YOURS AND OUR TIME BY NOT APPLYING FOR THIS ROLE, IF YOU ARE NOT OK WITH THIS SALARY RANGE.)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Using organic content of Natural cure methods and testimonials, increase the follower count by 10k every month across Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Linkedin and Youtube
2. Ideate, create, and customize suitable content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and Facebook.
3. Daily post ideation, creation and posting (3-4 posts)
4. If required, develop the post creative on canva or other software
5. Engaging with followers, replying to comments and manage interactions
6. Following, posting and engaging with other relevant pages/ influencers
7. Drawing natural healing enthusiasts from other groups to the community.
8. Identify right influencers, get barter posts/ shout-outs for Wellcure
9. Regular analysis of all social media pages and share learnings with the team
10. Post stories regularly, corresponding with the posts.
11. Help strategize and execute social media marketing outreach
12. Operational support for online events/ programs/ webinars, when required

Qualifications & Skills required:

• Experience preferred in Social Media Marketing
• Some marketing influenced content writing, copy writing and basic designing skills will be preferred
• Good research and creative skills, a key requirement for the role
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and adhering to the deadlines
