Raw Amla and Dill chutney
Amla - 2-3
Dill leaves - 1 handful
Coconut - 2 2 inch pieces
Green chilli - 1
Dhaniya leaves -2 handfuls (optional, can be a variation for change of taste)
Salt - as per taste
1. Wash amla and chop into small pieces. Chop coconut and green chillies as well.
2. Remove Dill leaves stem and wash well.
3. Remove dhaniya leaves stem and wash well (if adding).
4. Blend them all in a blender and add salt as per taste.
Tangy Amla Dill chutney is ready.
