The mix is a very good balance in viatmins and protein . They are good in anti- oxidant and rich in nutrients . Good for bone and gut health.
They taste good with tomato garlic chutney and veg avial.
1. Black rice - 1 cup
2. Brown rice - 1 cup
3. Masoor dal whole - 1/2 cup
4. Green gram (sprouted or raw) - 1 cup
5. Methi seeds (sprouted) - 2 tbsp
6 . Bengal gram - 1/ 2 cup
7. Red chilly - 5
8. Jeera - 1 tbsp
9. Peppercorns - 1 tsp ( or more, as per taste )
10. Salt to taste
11. Drumstick leaves - 2 hand full

Generally for adai unpolished rice goes well like black and brown
