Raw turmeric root (with skin) - 1
Curry leaves - 10 to 15
Green chilli - 1 to 2 as per taste
Rock salt - as per taste
Amchur powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Spring onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup 【optional】
