I love having this for breakfast. It satisfies my sweet tooth, yet is healthy. It's filling and super easy to make. Typically it's best to eat fruits and vegetables separately, but sometimes I make an exception for variety!! In any case, it's better than mixing fruits with dairy.
2 bananas
2 dates
6-7 spinach leaves
Water - optional - as little as possible, for desired consistency
Soak dates in lukewarm water for 15-20 minutes. You can use them w/o soaking too, but they blend better if soaked.
Put all ingredients in a mixie and churn.
Pour in a glass and enjoy!!

Glad you liked it Purvi :-).
Punita - You are right. Fruits and vegetables should ideally be taken separately. One can make an exception sometimes for green leafy vegetables.
