Coconut can be used to prepare yummy accompaniments in combination with different ingredients to get different texture, colour and flavour each time! A famous chutney from the Konkan belt of India, this a quick, simple recipe using dry coconut. Its sweet and tangy taste is sure to tickle your taste buds!
Dry coconut: 1 cup
Garlic flakes: 8-10
Red chillies: 3-4
Tamarind: lime sized ball
Powdered jaggery: 3-4 tsp
Rock salt to taste
