Wellcure
Most milk-based desserts can be easily made with Coconut milk or Almond milk. Each adding a different but healthful flavor to the dish.
We have also replaced the refined white sugar with jaggery. The wheat vermicelli in the recipe is replaced by thin white rice noodles (this is upto you!). You may want to take baby steps towards health and simply focus on replacing milk & sugar.

What is the purpose of using sabja seeds ? Apart from that can chia seeds be used in the place of sabja seeds?

I had read that coxonut milk should not be heated otherwise it turns into cholesterol?
