Fruit Juice rich in Anti-oxidants!

This recipe is power filled as it gives you and your kids energy and prevents dehydration this summer. And what is better about it? It is filled with antioxidants which will build your immunity and help you fight against all the bacteria in the air.

Oranges are full of vitamins and minerals, Indian gooseberry amala is always high on vitamin C, and black grapes another rich source of Antioxidants together are here to help you build up your energy. They are a good source of natural food instead of synthetic supplements for Vitamin C. Do try to put together this fresh vitamin-rich food and stay healthy and hydrated this summer.

Ingredients

• Fresh Oranges: 3-4 (peeled into pieces)

• Black grapes: 100g or 1 cup (de-seed)

• Indian gooseberry(amla): 100g or 1 cup (finely cut into pieces)

• Water as per the consistency

• Honey: 1-2 tsp (optional)

Method

• Blend the cut oranges, black grapes and the Indian gooseberry well in a blender.

• Add ¼ to a ½ cup of water as per consistency needed and give it a blend them all once again.

• Add honey if you desire sweetness as this juice will be sour so according to your taste.

Nice. I live in gurgaon and oranges and amla r not in-season, though available. Same for grapes too, best to hve seasonal fruits.......lovely combo though, will surely try someday.
