Hello,
I make the flax seed and til powder chutney in a different way . You can add raw cumin seeds to it also .then put all the ingredients in an iron mortar and pestle (khalbatta )and grind it . In this recipe use red chillypowder .the taste is awesome than the mixie grinded chutney.pl try it ..

Hello Gayathri,Thankyou for voting,please do post your questions in Q.A section,anyway you can make a paste of rice flour and yogurt and scrub on effected area atleast twice weekly to get rid of white heads.

Flax seeds being highly sensitive to heat, light and oxygen, wont they get oxidised if you roast them???

It should be a shallow roast.every seed has itβs own heating capacity must be roasted accordingly.
