भूने चने के लड्डू जो तेल रहित है। स्वाद और सेहत के लिए बहुत अच्छा है। बढ़ते हुए बच्चों के लिए फ़ायदेमंद है।

Ingredients

  • भुना चना - 100 g
  • सुखा नारियल - 100 g
  • गुड़ - 100 g
  • पानी - 50 ml

Method

Step1. चना को पीस लें। साथ ही सूखे नारियल को भी काट कर पीस लें।

Step2. पानी में उबाल आने तक पानी गर्म करें ।इसमें गुड़ डाल कर पिघला लें।

Step3. गुड़ के घोल को थोड़ा थोड़ा डाल कर चने और नारियल के मिश्रण तैयार कर लें।

अब छोटे छोटे लड्डू बना लें।
