Brownies are usually heavy on grains, dairy and sugar. This is a healthier version of a brownie with none of the hamful ingredients. So it does not leave you stuffed and bloated.
2 sweet potatoes
1/4 cup coconut flour or more
2 tsp raw unrefined cold pressed coconut oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup organic dark jaggery powder
3 tsp raw cacao powder
1) Remove the skin, cut and steam the sweet potatoes
2) Mash them really well
3) Dry roast the coconut flour on a low flame for 4 minutes just until warm (don't brown)
4) Now mix the rest of the ingredients including oil and mix well until a firm dough texture is obtained
5) Add some more coconut flour if needed
6) Flatten it onto a greased plate or tray and refrigerate for a couple of hours
7) Cut and serve
