टमाटर नमक का अच्छा रिप्लेसमेंट है इसकी अधिकता से सलाद में नमक की जरूरत नहीं महसूस होती है। नमक और नींबू के बगैर सलाद का पोषक तत्व शरीर के लिए बहुत ही लाभदायक होता है।
यह सलाद त्वचा रोग पाचन तंत्र के लिए बहुत ही लाभदायक है।

शुरुआत में सलाद को अपने आहार शैली में अपनाने के लिए नमक, नींबू, शहद, जीरा पाउडर, या मेरे रेसिपी में दिए हुए चटनी को बना कर प्रयोग करें।

शिमला मिर्च की चटनी

Ingredients

टमाटर - 200 ग्राम
गााजर - 100 ग्राम
गांठ गोभी -100 ग्राम
मूली - 50 ग्राम
चुुकंदर - 50 ग्राम
पालक - 50 ग्राम
नारियल - 50 ग्राम
करी पत्ता बारीक कटा हुआ।

Method

1. 100 ग्राम टमाटर को बारीक कटिंग काट लें।
 100 ग्राम टमाटर लंबे कटिंग करें।
2. गाजर, चुकंदर, मूली, गांठ गोभी कद्दूकस करें।
3. पालक कटिंग करके डालें।
4.  नारियल कटिंग करके।
5. बारीक कड़ी पत्ता कटा हुआ  डालें।
  सभी सामग्री को मिक्स करके परोसें
