The dandruff is nothing but excessive toxins coming out of your scalp.
1 A very simple routine I usually suggest to people with this issue is massage your scalp with sesame oil and let it soak in for half an hour.
2 Cut a lemon and start massaging the lemon juice in your scalp. Cover the whole scalp area with the lemon juice. There will be some burning sensation for a couple of seconds. Let it stay for 30 mts. Then wash with a shikakai paste.
3 Repeat this procedure once a week till your dandruff stops recurring.
This was an external remedy. For a permanent solution you have to look towards internal cleansing. The cleaner your system is, there will be no dandruff.
What could you do for internal cleaning?
Foods to be removed
1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances.
2 Refined flour and refined oil
3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped.
4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food.
Foods to be included
1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake
2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake
3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake
4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake
And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally.
1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.
2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset.
3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.
4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.
5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.
6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.
7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality
8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

I had severe dandruff issues long back. Clean eating ( high in fruits vegetable green and fruit juices ) , leading a vegan whole food plant based lifestyle will heal the conditions
Secondly avoid chemicals for the scalp and use this hairwash every 3 days to wash ur hair. Avoid oiling your hair .. but just for a massage with pure coconut oil and wash it off

Use coconut oil or Sarson oil in the hair roots during bath.
Use Tulsi oil where there is dundruf.
Regularly massage with neem oil in case of fungus.
Pour Pyaj ras over dandruff.

If you have a problem of dandruff kindly apply plant based yogurt mixed with lime on your scalp 30 minutes prior to going for shower. Massage the mixture nicely into your scalp. For hair loss, you can use organic coconut oil and boil (fenugreek seeds) in the oil. After the coconut oil is cooled off, then at night you can massage that oil to your hair and massage it into your scalp.
You can try this for now and then if it is beneficial you can follow this routine regularly.
Remember to eat a good plant based diet which is rich with fibers, organic veggies and fruits rich with Vitamic C. Additionally Blueberries,Blackcurrants,Oranges, Kiwi etc.

First of all sir maintain your sleeping and walk-up timing
Use protein or vitamin E rich diet wt omega 3 for that u can use pumpkin seed
Use onion oil in your head in night
For hair fall you can use neem leafs extract it helps you in dandruff and hair fall
Use some yoga postures like shirshasan and anulom vilom

Mix coconut oil and castor oil in the same proportion and then add some drops of fresh lemon to it ,heat it and then apply this warm mixture.
Apply neem paste to your scalp for about 30 minutes and then wash your hair.

शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए,

आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है।
फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें।
सुबह की शुरुआत 1/2 खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, एक घंटे बाद लें, 12 बजे दोपहर में पालक 10पत्ते + पुदीना 10 पत्ता पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, रात का खाना 8 बजे तक में कर लें रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें।
मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
सर पर एक सुती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और करी पत्ता का पेस्ट लगाएँ।
आँखो पर सूती कपड़े को गुलाब जल में डुबो कर रखें और उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया का पेस्ट रखें 20 मिनट के लिए रखना है रोज़ दो बार ये करें।
एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।
ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
