How can boost my immune system naturally as I am currently 30 years old?

By eating citrus fruits ,u can improve ur immune system in a best way.. Shift to raw diet and reduce cooked food they also can help

Namaste

What you call your immune system is nothing other than your vitality or life force. The amount of vitality one will have is already determined when the child is conceived. What we can do to let it flow freely and not get sucked up by energy vampires is what will make you feel dull and sluggish or active and energetic. 

There are very simple lifestyle changes and food habit changes one can make to connect again with nature and connect with ourselves.

1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get active. Participate in any active out door sport, or do yoga, walk do some gardening.... in short get your body moving. Movement will help you move all toxins out and let our vitality flow freely through our body.

8  Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health.

It is very important to follow a strict lifestyle regime. Some simple ways to boost up your immunity are

  1. Refrain from smoke, alcohol, social drugs
  2. Avoid excess usage of phone, laptops and other electronic gadgets that harms the body
  3. Eat a diet which is rich in fruits and vegetables and make it a habit to include raw salads and fruits in your meals.
  4. Avoid junk foods, spicy foods, carbonated drinks etc
  5. Make a habit to exercise daily, namely, walking, jogging, outdoor games, yoga etc. Maintain body weight
  6. Manage stress and keep work-life balance in equilibrium
  7. Drink 2-3 litres of water which is very good to maintain your bodily functions in a normal state
  8. Maintain your sleep pattern and see to it you get enough sleep every night
  9. Maintain hygiene like washing hands before meals or handling food items, showering after you get back home from outside etc

नमस्ते

 

शरीर 5 तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, ताज़ा नारियल की मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

1) Eat lots of fruits and green vegetables (vegetables preferrably steamed or sauteed in olive or coconut oil)

2) Add 30-40 minutes of physical exercise to your routine.

3) Get 7-8 hours of adequate sleep

There are specific fruits and vegetables that can help you to boost your immune system such as:

a.Citrus fruits

b.Red Bell Peppers

c.Broccoli

d.Garlic

e.Ginger

f. Spinach

g.Plant-based Yogurt

h.Almonds

i. Turmeric

j.Green Tea

k. Papaya

l.Kiwi

m. Sunflower seeds etc

Immunity is a misleading word coined by the medical industry to mean-  stop cold/cough and other eliminations. It aims to work opposite to the body’s objective of cleaning itself up. Instead of asking how do I improve my immunity, you must say how can I conserve my vitality ( life energy ). The more you save by spending less on digestion or unnecessary thought process or activities, you end up saving more and that can be used to keep you healthy and energetic. Raw foods consume less energy to digest and hence will keep you energetic and healthy. Rest of the foods are just a deviation and the farther the food travels from the plant to make it edible /processed, the longer it takes and consumes resources in the body for its digestion.
