Hi There I am suffering with Gerd(acid reflux),how can I cure it naturally?

  • Hy...i suggest you- 
  • Never leave your stomach empty.This is not a pass to overeat but a golden rule to avoid heartburn. It is important to ensure that you do not have stomach acid floating around with no food to digest.
  • Eat a small meal/snack every 3-4 hours. Having only 2 or 3 large meals with long hours in between can worsen your heartburn and increase risk of ulcers.
  • Eat breakfast within the first hour of waking up – this is in line with rule #1 since technically you have been ‘fasting’ through the night.
  • Avoid caffeine drinks in the morning without adequate food -the worst thing to do first thing in the morning would be to pour coffee or tea (acidic foods) into your empty stomach. 
  • If you insist on having some tea or coffee, have it with your breakfast.
  • Green tea is your best option in terms of least amount of caffeine and high amounts of healthy anti-oxidants.
  1. Include proteins & fats
  2. Drink plenty of water
  3. Ice water sipping
  4. Early dinner

Dear Priyanka ,in the past  few  years  good no. Of  acid  reflux  have  been  treated  successfully by  me. The  following  treatment may  be  followed:-- 
Drink  any  alkaline  juice of  ashgourd, 50 m.l. diluted  to 100ml,in the  morning. Put  a  abdominal  wet  pack  for 20 minutes, sun  bathing  for 30 minutes. Eat  vegetables  raw and cooked  with  one or two roti in the  lunch. 
    Fruit juice  in  afternoon  for  dinner  only  fruits with  enough  coconut  scrappings. 
    Stimulsting  wet  pack  on abdomen  for  1to two hrs  after  dinner.

Hello Priyanka,

You should avoid oily foods,spicy foods, deep fried foods ,packaged food items.

Avoid tea and coffee. 
Avoid all the carbonated drinks. 

Avoid dairy products like ghee,milk,paneer,curd. Also avoid animal products. 

Take complete natural plant based foods in your diet.Have salads, sprouts, Seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts. 

Do yoga and exercise regularly. 

Drink a good amount of water throughout the day.

Hello !!!

Acid reflux is caused due to many reasons, however, the best way of curing it is by simply drinking lemon juice with sugar, and black pepper powder and a little bit of salt. Also I would suggest that should refrain from eating a lot of oily and spicy powders for some time. 

If you eat boiled or roasted green vegetables for some time, you will find more relief to your digestive system. I hope you feel better soon.

Also first thing in the morning you can walk bare foot on the green grass that is suppose to help you in balancing your digestive problems instantly.

Hi there,

The best way to treat GERD is to zero in on the underlying cause of your acid reflux and correct it. Which means to cut down or avoid all those triggering factors responsible for GERD in your body.

Modifications in your diet and lifestyle habits can help improve one's condition . 

Aloe Vera Juice before food ( 15-20min )

Consume more fresh fruits like banana, apple,Ginger or ginger tea , peppermint , and other herbal tea

Avoids midnight snacks or eating before sleep 

Sleep with head upright to prevent reflux

Avoid smoking , alcohol , chocolate and caffeine

Avoid acidic food , spicy and  sodas 

Bend your knees while bending forward so as to avoid pressure in your stomach 

Eat meals in smaller quantity and properly chewed .

Avoid (Acidic kind of food)
1- Eggs
2- Fish
3-Meat
4-Alcohol
5-Smoking
7-Bakery Products
8-Milk 
9-Tea, coffee
1o-Cold drink
11-Burger
12-Spicy food

Note - Take 80% Alkaline diet ,20%Acidic diet,
             fiber rich of diet & drink plenty of water.

नमस्ते प्रियंका,

 

 शरीर का अम्लीय होना (Acidreflect)। यह कारण आपको पता चला तो इसका समाधान आपके आहार शुद्धि में है।क्षरिए आहार (alkaline food) है आप की सुबह की शुरुआत इस प्रकार हो।

लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट खीरा1/2 + धनिया पत्ती पीस लें।100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) को 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें।  रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताज़ा नारियल को पीस कर मिलाएँ।  जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे से पहले खाएँ। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें। खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें।

 

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

निष्कासन ठीक प्रकार से और सही माध्यम से ना हो तो शरीर ग़लत माध्यम से शरीर में पनप रहे विषाक्त कणों को निकालता है क्योंकि शरीर का एक लक्ष्य है अनचाहे विषाणुओं को शरीर से निकाल बाहर करना है।एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।
