Apply aloe vera gel and knead ur legs in upward direction, elevate ur legs while sleeping... Don't stand more than 2 hours..

Knee pain with varicose vein indicates you have lots of standing work and your limbs are not able to sustain your weight results in varicose vein soo ma'am firstly you should avoid long time standing work 
U can use flax seeds it's a good blood purifier 
Massage your knee wt lukewarm oil and then give some heat on it it helps you in knee pain and also in varicose vein 
Avoid oily food items and fast food

Please adopt a healthy lifestyle and food habit to get back normal health.

Changes you need to introduce in your routine :

1 Go out in the nature. Get sun exposure every morning and evening. 

2 Breath in fresh air and practice deep breathing. Learn pranayam.

3 Spend time in nature. Grow some plants and work with your bare hands. The more time you spend with the plants and trees, you will start feeling more relaxed and less depressed.

4 Eat lots of fresh locally grown seasonal ripe fruits and vegetables. Break your fast first thing in the morning with seasonal juicy fruits and do it as late in the morning as possible. You may have a simple lunch which consists of more veggies and less of whole grains. Dinner could be finished by 6 pm with either fruits or salads with sprouts and greens. Don’t eat after sunset.

5 Get physically active. Learn and practice yoga. It will help you move your toxins faster and help your body in eliminating and healing. The energy flow gets better through the body.

6 Be relaxed. Accept what ever is as it is and strive to make your self better. Let go of things and people, you can’t change or are of no use to you.

7 Declutter at all levels. Your home. Your life. Your gadgets, your body. Etc.

8 Sleep well. Rest well. Relax. 

9 Keep an eye on your bowel movements. Eliminate more than you consume. 

10 You may lie down near a wall with both the feet up on the wall for 15 to 20 mts. This will give some relief from the varicose veins and knee pain.

11 You could try the hot foot bath.

12 You may also do the hot and cold fomentation on your knees and the calf and feet.

for knee pain rub epsom salt in your knee. increase magnesium diet . apply balm t
apply the band tightly on your knee take acupressure therapy. 
remove toxins from body for that drink alkaline water.

For long term, ( according to Natur Cure ):Sit in the sun exposing the knees directly for hour regularly. During that period you should do diaphragm breathing rhythmically.

Take raw food intake as much as possible, at least 80% of total meal

 

Remedial measure according  Natur Cure: Hydrotherapy-spinal bath (hip bath,in absence of provision for spinal bath)would better the circulation without suppressing the symptomatic pain but reducing the discomfort

नमस्ते अनिता जी,

 

नसों में इस तरीक़े की परेशानी का केवल एक ही मूल कारण होता है। अम्ल की अधिकता (full of acidic body)।शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, ताज़ा नारियल की मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Knee pain is the second most common ache after lower back pain. So why do so many of us experience knee pain at one time or another?

Due to excess body weight or lack of blood circulation towards joint areas or sometimes less lubricant flow.

You can wrap some ice cubes in the towel and press the towel softly on the painful area for about 20 minutes. Ice helps in reducing the swelling and it will provide a relief to the pain.

When the pain is due to arthritis or muscle strain, ginger can act as magic due to its inflammatory properties. You can consume raw ginger to reduce the pain. 

Citric acid that is found in the lemon is one of the best ways to reduce the knee pain. Cut the lemon into two halves; dip one-half in the sesame oil and rub on the area for about 10 minutes. Repeat this every day to reduce pain.

Varicose Vein and knee pain mostly are result of some negative beliefs and some suppressed emotions. The best way firstly is to cleanse and rewire your mind by cleaning out the suppressed clutter in your mind, you can do that by morning meditation and Yoga Asan to release the negativity. 

Charge yourself with positive ions by drinking atleast 2-3 litres of water. Try mostly warm water ...

Secondly include, Spinach, Green Fenugreek, Kale and other greens in your diet. Consume tomato juice morning and evening .


Exercise your body and stay in the positive mantra by visualizing perfect health that you desire.
