I am facing problem of constipation since 10-12 years, over the period of time I tried various healing methods from Ayurveda, acupuncture, homeopathy, but none could cure me. I was having high dose of laxatives. I got endoscopy some other test done, where I got to know that my anal sphinter has become dysfunctional, As per doctors advise, was suggested to take a botox at the sphinter opening, so that it can relax and and start working, but no improvement.

After all these trials and errors, you may have realised that what you had been taking as relieving medication or Botox or whatever was never a solution to your problem. To get a real answer, one has to look at the reason behind the issues. You were trying to resolve the symptoms and were not looking at the source of the problem.

The source of all health issues are enervation or exhaustion resulting in toxaemia, that is overloading of toxins in the body. How can one get the body to function normally and start removing toxins and Old matter naturally?

Let’s start with foods to be avoided 

1 Remove packaged and processed foods completely 

2 Remove refined flour and refined oil

3 Stop consuming overcooked or deeply fried food completely

4 Stop consumption of all stimulants like tea coffee or alcohols 

Foods to be consumed

1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - should be 50% of daily food intake

2 Fresh vegetables and greens - 35% of your daily intake of food

3 Grains soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10% of daily intake

4 Soaked nuts and seeds - 5 % of daily intake of food.

What else you will need to do

1 Go out in nature. Get sun exposure every morning and evening. 

2 Breath in the fresh air and practice deep breathing. Learn Pranayam.

3 Spend time in nature. Grow some plants and work with your bare hands. The more time you spend with the plants and trees, you will start feeling more relaxed and less depressed.

4 Eat lots of fresh, locally grown seasonal ripe fruits and vegetables. Break your fast first thing in the morning with seasonal juicy fruits and do it as late in the morning as possible. You may have a simple lunch which consists of more veggies and less of whole grains. Dinner could be finished by 6 pm with either fruits or salads with sprouts and greens. Don’t eat after sunset.

5 Get physically active. Learn and practice yoga. It will help you move your toxins faster and help your body in eliminating and healing. The energy flow gets better through the body.

6 Be relaxed. Accept whatever is as it is and strives to make your self better. Let go of things and people; you can’t change or are of no use to you.

7 Declutter at all levels. Your home. Your life. Your gadgets, your body. Etc.

8 Sleep well. Rest well. Relax. 

9 Keep an eye on your bowel movements. Eliminate more than you consume. 

10 keep a cold, wet wrap around your stomach for 30 minutes every morning.

11 Take a hip bath every night before going to bed

Been on heavy laxatives for 5..6 years now Which has made my intestines weak, and its nothing to do with fast food, I drink lot of juice, soups etc through out the day, its just that when the motion has to pass, the anal sphinter ring closes, instead of opening, hence need heavy laxatives to push it out..

Hence was given with botox to lossen up the area, but still no effect...

If I can put it forth in simple words it will be that you need to give rest to your intestines. Once they are rested they start healing back to normal. So even though you are not consuming fast foods even the laxatives are not natural food for the body. So think on the lines of resting . So simpler the food lesser the effort. To me soups also don’t really come under healthy food. Ripe fresh local seasonal fruits are the easiest for your stomach to digest.

Hy...i suggest you only one thing that you have to do carefully if possible for you that is taking regular enemas under the guidance of competent practitioners. Start with lukewarm water and then switch it on cold water.you have to do enema twice- thrice or maybe more depending on your comfort level. If it starts bleeding kindly stop the enema treatment. And people say enemas are addictive but its better than giving birth to another disease rather than being addictive to enema treatment.

Thats why i said in the beginning that it is better to be addictive to enema rather than accumulating diseases up.

Yaa that's why i suggested you enema it will makes your stools watery so the flow become easy to come out...you can apply oil on the tip of enema and then use it on regular basis.

This prevalent problem is due to an incorrect lifestyle and poor eating patterns. 

Foods that are heavy and difficult to digest, as well as oily, spicy, fried, and junk foods are the culprits. Eating food in a disturbed atmosphere or in front of the television and being awake late at night all lead to bowel disturbance. Psychological factors like stress, anxiety, fear, jealousy, and sorrow also play an important role.

This leads to;

Indigestion (dyspepsia)

Abdominal pain
Nausea
Pain at the anus while defecating
Heaviness of body
Lack of appetite

Change your life and diet lifestyle by following;

Increase intake of fiber, especially fruits and cooked vegetables.

Have a mid-morning soup, preferably prepared with spinach and tomato.

Take daily morning and evening walks for at least 20-30 minutes each.

Eat whole grains and nuts.

Avoid refined foods like white flour, bread, pasta, pizza, white rice, etc.

Soak 3-4 dried figs after washing them overnight in water. Eat them first thing in the morning, and also drink the water in which they were soaked. They should also be taken in the evening. Try this treatment for 3-4 weeks.

नमस्ते अल्पा जी,

 

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो की फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

प्रकृति 5 तत्वों से बना है और उन्हीं 5 तत्वों से शरीर भी बना है । इसीलिए हमें उन 5 तत्वों को आहार में शामिल करना ज़रूरी है।

इस तरीक़े से 5 तत्व का आहार से आपको क़ब्ज़ की समस्या से छुटकारा मिल जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें। खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
