Prostate health is nothing but a reflection of your overall internal health. When the body has to handle a lot of toxins it does aggravate or irritate our organs. To get relief you need to help your body cleanse and heal.what can you do to achieve that?
Foods to be removed
1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances.
2 Refined flour and refined oil
3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped.
4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food.
Foods to be included
1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake
2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake
3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake
4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake
And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally.
1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.
2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset.
3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.
4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.
7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality
8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.
9 You can take a cold hip bath everyday twice. Morning and at night just before going to bed. Fill a tub with 6 inches of water. Sit in it with your midsection immersed in it. Cover your head with a cold wet towel.stay there for minimum 15 minutes.when you come out pat yourself dry and either walk or go to bed immediately to warm up your midsection again.
11 You may also keep pouring cold water on your genital area twice orcthrice a day.
Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health.

Namaste Gupta ji,
Enlargement of the prostate is called benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It occurs when the cells of the prostate gland begin to multiply. These additional cells cause your prostate gland to swell, which squeezes the urethra and limits the flow of urine.
Some symptoms like,
it is harder to start and stop urinating
their stream of urine is not as strong as it used to be
they feel like they need to urinate often
they still feel like they need to go again after urinating
Join yoga course and with an expert learn Cobbler Pose (Baddha Konasana).
The Cobbler Pose is a seated position that can help release pelvic tension. To do this pose, a person should:
sit down with their legs extended in front of them
bend their knees to the side, placing the soles of the feet together as close to their pelvis as they can
hold their hands clasped around the feet
try to lower the knees as far to the ground as they can go, releasing any tension in the hips
after holding the position for a few minutes, walk their hands forward out in front of them
lower their gaze, tuck in their chin, and bend forward toward their hands
breathe deeply into the pose
relax the pose by walking the hands back toward the body and releasing the legs out in front of them
Next is Virasana
The Hero Pose is another seated position that can help release pelvic tension around the prostate. To do this pose, an individual should:
kneel down and lower their bottom to the floor, so they are sitting between their feet with their knees to the floor and feet pointing to the back of the room
rest their hands on the thighs with palms down
keep the weight between the hips, trying not to put too much pressure on the knees
try to sit as straight upright as possible, so the spine is lengthened
hold for up to 5 minutes
get out of the pose by rolling to one side to release the legs
If a person finds this pose difficult, they can use a cushion for additional support.
Practise daily 15min morning and evening as per your comfortable time so that you will overcome from this problem permanently.
Thanks.
