I am suffering from severe depression.. Taking treatment also but nothing works... Plz suggest 100% solution

Depression is very much a reflection of your inner physical health. Toxins in your digestive system and the acidic quality of the blood result in an unhealthy mental state.if you can look back you may see that there would have been some sort of indications of constipation or indigestion. So to improve your mental health the first step would be to improve your gut health. 

The cure would be a complete change to a healthy lifestyle. Changes you need to introduce in your routine :

1 Go out in the nature. Get sun exposure every morning and evening. 

2 Breath in fresh air and practice deep breathing. Learn pranayam.

3 Spend time in nature. Grow some plants and work with your bare hands. The more time you spend with the plants and trees, you will start feeling more relaxed and less depressed.

4 Eat lots of fresh locally grown seasonal ripe fruits and vegetables. Break your fast first thing in the morning with seasonal juicy fruits and do it as late in the morning as possible. You may have a simple lunch which consists of more veggies and less of whole grains. Dinner could be finished by 6 pm with either fruits or salads with sprouts and greens. Don’t eat after sunset.

5 Get physically active. Learn and practice yoga. It will help you move your toxins faster and help your body in eliminating and healing. The energy flow gets better through the body.

6 Be relaxed. Accept what ever is as it is and strive to make your self better. Let go of things and people, you can’t change or are of no use to you.

7 Declutter at all levels. Your home. Your life. Your gadgets, your body. Etc.

8 Sleep well. Rest well. Relax. 

9 Keep an eye on your bowel movements. Eliminate more than you consume. 

10 There will be something that you like to do the most. Do it. Do something as a contribution towards the society or the environment or animals. When you give others some reason to smile you will find happiness too. And do it on a daily basis. The minute you start contributing towards others happiness, your happiness begins driving away all depression.

11 last but most importantly, stop your medication.

Please refer to my preveious reply to a similar case like yours

Some of the causes might be due to genetics or hereditory,biochemical,environmental or social, sored relationships etc

Conventional management might be by antidepressants, antipsychotics,cognitive behavioral therapy and electroconveulsive therapy etc in advanced cases.

Some self practices might be as follows,

  • Exercising regularly could beat up your depressive moods
  • Try to relax with some leisure activities like hobbies of your interest, travel, socialising, gardenng, pets etc
  • Meditation could also work and try practicing under a trained guide who could teach you basic skills to master mediation.
  • Yoga has a vital role to play and under yoga therapist if you could practice Yoga it could really help you get out of the medications
  • Music Therapy - It could be defined either listening to music, playing any musical instruments or singing as this could also help you beat up your mood swings that are common in depression. 
  • Undergoing a Naturopathy treatments under registered naturopaths could be useful and also provide counselling sessions.

A counselling session with a psychologist or psychiatrist could be of great use.

Firstly you need to expose yourself to the morning sun for Vitamin D which helps with Serotonin Uptake as it's one of the chemicals that is responsible to regulate our mood. Additionally, love yourself and be good with yourself, give yourself a dose of self-affirmation. Secondly, Pranayam and any kind of physical workout helps in the release of Endorphins which again are responsible in inducing happy mood. 


Dopamine is another chemical that is released in the brain when you live purposeful life, so gave small goals for each day to be accomplished and you will feel happy when you achieve them .

Oxytocin is a happy chemical too and it's released when you hang out around happy people.

Eat Organic and plant based diet with lot of greens to be added in your normal diet. Dry fruits such as Flax seeds, melon seeds, and sunflower seeds, including walnut are great source to overcome from feeling depressed. 

Banana is a great fruit which plays a great role in mood upliftment. 

In the night time you can try Banana tea, boil one and half cup of water and at is boiling point, wash the peel of banana and add that to the boiling water, let the water boil for another few minutes, drain it and drink it 30 minutes before going to bed. This works like anti-depressant. 

More than anything create a time table for the week and try to follow it.

If you are not bed ridden, kindly switch to a completely raw lifestyle with just fruits greens and veg juices. Don’t even think of cooked food. In depression what would have happened is, your older lifestyle with a lot of emotional drainage would have led to a vitality or energy drain and toxin accumulation on a physical level would have continued for a long period. You see brain cells consume 3X more oxygen compared to the other cells, so any emotional drain is like running video on your cell for a long period. Digestion and using the brain / mentally thinking on a negative level drains the battery. However if you were a chess player and you are playing a game, that’s not a drain, it’s a positive growth . So, in your case since you might have used it for negative thinking majorly, your physical body is also taxed. 

So few things you have to consciously attempt are the following 

 

1) Juice veggies / have a lot of fruits as your meals as much as possible all 2-3 meals per day or more if needed as per the call of hunger . These are positive life giving foods. They will bring life back into the bad communications happening between gut and brain. 

2) Start doing yoga and pranayama along with the point 1 for about 1 hour.  Yoga alone or point 1 alone may not be effective in isolation. Do both

3) Sun light exposure for 1 hour with gratitude to the sun. If you have a park nearby, walk barefoot on grass and appreciate the selfless elements around you who don’t expect anything from human beings even if you stamp them. In return they give you a feeling of grounding with Mother Earth and improves your being. 

4) Mandatorily sleeping early so that between 10-2am you are in the deep sleep

5) Understand and introspect why you started getting depressed few years back. Is it the people around you / situations around you ? Know that it’s all happening for your good. To improve your soul. Listen to Louise Hay / bk Shivani and such people and understand the deeper meaning of your experiences and implement what they say. 

You can find 10 people around you advicing 10 ways to get out of depression, but you have to consciously try a method that you feel is right. Before you heal mentally , you have to clean your body and slowly clean the mind. You have to now go in reverse. To make the mindthink positive, you have to clean the body first . When you got toxemia, your thoughts and energy field became diseased and that led to the body contamination. But now you have to address body cleaning first and slowly get to the mind. Overtime the mind body and spirit will be cleaned and you will be  free of depression

there is not 100% solution coz every problem has different root cause . there are many solutions but which is best for you its depend on situation and stage of depression. second its totally depend on you how to treat depression. 
first u need to love yourself its very imp
second you need to be aware about your thoughts and energy
third you have to understand the circustances for that you need a right mentor becoz it needs atleast 2 months . there is not instant med which will cure you instantly.

Can you tell me the reason for your depression. 
Please understand that whatever situation you are going through is temporary. Calm your mind by letting go of something which you can't control. 

Follow a vegetarian diet for 21 days and don't feed your mind with any negative thoughts or past mistakes or people or anything. Don't watch emotional movies or any tv series. Instead watch some beautiful travelling videos in YouTube. Every morning when you wake up, go for walk in nature or hit gym, it makes you feel your mood high. 

This is writing by a depression surviver.

Hi there,

First of all try to find out the main cause for the depression . There must be some factors leading you to depression so you have to tackle it .Here are some tips you can follow .

Physical exercise is one of the best ways to reduce stress , anxiety and depression . Stress busting exercises are very much essential to curb the rising level of stress and it's effects . Go for jogging , walking , hiking and trekking etc . You can also practice yogasana and pranayama daily . 

Meditation will easily help you tackle any kind of stress and anxiety. 

Eating a healthy and regular diet is crucial to insulate your body from blood sugar fluctuations that can make all the stress , anxiety and depression symptoms worse. Add ample of greens veggies, fresh fruits , nuts and seeds in your diet . 

Cut out the coffee habit and replace it with green tea. Coffee can make anxiety much worse.!

Get a proper sleep because sleeping patterns and the quality of sleep directly affects your mental conditions.

Try to socialise more often .

मानसिक समस्या भी इसी शरीर की समस्या है सब कुछ इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में सकारात्मक सोंच रखते हैं या नकारात्मक।

प्राकृतिक जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है। पाँच तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है और उसी पाँच तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत ( instrumental music) सुनें। अपने आस पास ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों को रखें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- अपने नहाने के पानी में पुदीने का रस, नींबू का रस, ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस डालें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5 पृथ्वी- ख़ाली पैर सुबह किसी घास पर चलें। पेड़ पौधे लगाएँ। अपने आस पास पेड़ लगाने के मुहिम से जुड़ जाएँ।

सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

I will  advice you to do osho dynamic meditation atleast one hour daily minimum  40 days , it will  help  you.
