Hello Everyone!.. I am an 18 year old boy My Name is Jatin.. I have some digestive issues.. The bowel movements are not regular.. And I feel some food still inside my stomach or the intestines. A bit of gas... Please help me by suggesting a natural way to flush out all the waste from the body.. Or a natural powerful detox. And as I am a college student my eating habits are horrible. So from where should I start?

Many times while enjoying our college life, we forget about our own health.
You should start by adopting healthy eating habits and a good routine.
Get up early in the morning and also sleep early at night.
Do exercise and yoga specially suryanamaskar.
Have a fibre-rich diet. Include salads in your meals.
Have fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables as your main meals.
Also include sprouts, nuts, beans to your diet.
Avoid all the junk foods, deep-fried foods, packaged food items.
Avoid dairy products.
Also, avoid tea and coffee.
Avoid maida,wheat,rice,cookies,biscuits, jam,etc.
Sometimes, drinking less water can also lead to gastric issues. So, drink a very good amount of water throughout the day.

Actually the problem is bloating because as you say your diet schedule is not proper your stomach is not getting proper time to digest the food because of that formation of gas inside your stomach occurs and all digestive problems happened so for that I must recommend you to follow some simple tips to stay healthy
- Avoid excessive eating I mean time gap between 2 meals must be 5 hr because your stomach is not get proper time to digest the food
- Avoid spicy food, junk food and outside food
- Add some yoga postures in your daily routine like Surya namaskar and bhastrika
- Do not eat plenty of water before and after eating
- Eat fibrous diet and green vegetables and fruits in your diet
- Rosted jeera, sounf and hing this are good for blotting

You should immediately stop pizza, burger, maida based products, wheat, spices, chat.
Stop drinking milk, tea, coffee, caffeinated n carbonated drinks.
Start eating fresh fruits, smoothies n juices.
Eat more of papaya, guava, banana, avocado, ash gourd, bottle gourd.
You should eat only when you are hungry.
Enjoy n feel the taste of food. chew the food more number of times so your brain can get signal at the right time.

I think the problem you explained is bloating. You need to go for a detox program of atleast two days. So for two days it's going to be warm water with a little out of lemon juice and turmeric ...to be consumed five times a day, additionally go on a raw salad diet, cucumber and tomatoes mostly..along with vegetable soups only for the lunch time. Try to avoid anything solid at night.
When you feel a little light on your digestive system them you can go back to your normal diet..but avoid a lot of oily and starchy food.

- Chew your food slowly and without any electronic gadgets
- Eat only fruits for breakfast
- Avoid all dairy, animal foods, packed ,fried and processed foods.
- Avoid sugar and all sugary foods.
- Eat plenty of raw vegetables.
- Follow a regular pattern of sleeping, waking etc. Body works on circardian rhythm.

Every day give min 14 hours gap between dinner and breakfast - intermittent fasting

Jatin, any form of medication is harmful and suppressing to the body. It might be Ayurvedic, homeopathy or allopathy- all forms of medication are only going to suppress the true causes. In future the same issues can multiply and become unmanageable. It is always better to lead a healthy lifestyle and prevent lifestyle related issues rather than waiting for it to grow until a point that is it becomes unmanageable . प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाने से हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ की समस्या ठीक होगा। ऐसा होने से दर्द से छुटकारा मिल जाएगा। आइए प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली में हम 5 प्रकार के आहार से अवगत हों।
1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें, रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।
2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार
3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें। खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा1/2 + धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें और इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताज़ा नारियल को पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते।
