My age is 20. My weight is 38. Is it anything serious to my healthy life

As per ur age ur weight should 40 to 45kg. So weight gain exersize and  diet plan to be adopted.

Namate,

Balancing Healthy weight is equal to healthy life style. Under weight or over weight always causes alarm to our system.

Eat healthy fiber vegetable, fruits, brown rice, pulses, nuts like almond on regular basis.

Have some brisk walk in the morning. Take more protein like sprouts, puleses in your diet. Mixed vegetable salad having more potatoes will keep your stomach full as well 
helps in increasing minimal weight gain as well.

Have good 8 to 10hrs of sleep at night. Morning do meditation, yoga to keep yourself fit and strong.

अगर आप स्वस्थ अनुभव करते हैं तो घबराने की बात नहीं है। हमारे शरीर का वज़न स्वास्थ तय नहीं करता है।स्वास्थ्य के ये लक्षण होने चाहिए।

अच्छे से नींद आनी चाहिए।

मन प्रसन्नचित रहना चाहिए क्रोध, चिरचिराहट नहीं होने चाहिए। शरीर में स्फूर्ति हो। स्वतः भूख लगे।

खाना स्वतः हज़म (assimilation)होना चाहिए।

निष्कासन (elemintion) बिना किसी अवरोध के हो।

शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से में दर्द पीड़ा ना हो।

ये स्वस्थ होने के निशानी हैं।
